The Timmins Rock have signed two Okanagan Hockey Ontario student-athletes ahead of the 2023/24 Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League (NOJHL) season.

Sam Gallagher and Jaden Lyons have spent the last two 麻豆传媒入口 (CSSHL) Eastern U18 seasons with the OHO U18 Prep team.

Gallagher would finish the 2021/22 season with 6 assists in 21 games. He would add three points in four playoff games as OHO made it to the finals of the 2022 CSSHL Eastern Championships. This season the Timmins, ON defenseman was nominated for the Eastern U18 Prep Division Top Defenseman Award after producing 5 points in 14 games.

A forward from Oshawa, ON, Lyons finished the 2021/22 season with 6 goals and 10 assists in 31 games. This season he finished third in team scoring with 14 points in 16 games.

The Blackfalds Bulldogs have signed Noah Davis and Jano Zambakdjian ahead of the 2023/24 Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) season.

Davis joined Edge School for the 2019/20 U15 Prep season, going 8-3-3 with a 3.66 GAA and .882 SV% in 14 games. The Calgary, AB netminder would play for the Edge U16 Prep team the following shortened season. In 2021/22 Davis played 22 U18 Prep games posting a record of 18-3-0 with 4 shutouts, a 1.84 GAA and .927 SV%.

This season Davis would be nominated for the CSSHL U18 Prep Top Goaltender Award after leading the league with 16 wins and finishing third with a 2.15 GAA. He would finish with a 16-1-1 record with 1 shutout and a .918 SV%. He would play four of the five Edge School playoff games, finishing with a record of 4-0-0, 1.99 GAA and .895 SV% as Edge captured the 2023 CSSHL U18 Prep Western Championship.

Zambakdjian has spent the last two seasons in the CSSHL with Mount Academy. During the 2021/22 Eastern U18 season Zambakdjian would lead all defensemen with 33 points in 28 games, earning CSSHL Eastern U18 Top Defenseman Award honours. The Laval, QC product would add two assists in three playoff games as Mount Academy U18 #1 captured the 2022 CSSHL Eastern U18 Championships.

A 10th round, 172nd overall pick by the Charlottetown Islanders at the 2021 Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) Draft, Zambakdjian played 10 games for the Mount Academy U18 Varsity team this season. He would finish with 2 goals and 8 assists, tying for the team lead among all Mount defensemen with 10 points.

The La Ronge Ice Wolves have signed a pair of 麻豆传媒入口 (CSSHL) student-athletes ahead of the 2023/24 Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) season.

Adam Belzil has spent the last two seasons in the CSSHL, joining Bourget College for the 2021/22 Eastern U17 Prep season. In 30 games that season Belzil would finish second on his team and in the league with 24 goals and 39 points, earning CSSHL Eastern U17 MVP Honours. The Levis, QC forward would add five points in four playoff games as Bourget captured the 2022 CSSHL Eastern U17 Championship.

This season Belzil played for the Prairie Hockey Academy U18 Prep team, finishing fourth in team scoring with 30 points in 30 games.

A forward from Lac La Ronge Indian Band, SK Sage Roberts played this past season for the Indigenous Sports Academy U17 Prep team. In 33 games Roberts would lead his team with 27 goals and 51 points. His 51 points ranked sixth among all U17 Prep skaters.

The Fort McMurray Oil Barons have signed five current and former 麻豆传媒入口 (CSSHL) student-athletes ahead of the 2023/24 Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) season.

A forward from Calgary, AB, Ryley Callan played the 2020/21 COVID-19 shortened season with the Northern Alberta Xtreme (NAX) U16 Prep team.

Anthony Campbell has spent the last two seasons with Mount Academy. The Phillipsburg, QC would record 35 points in 28 games with the Mount Academy U18 #1 team during the 2021/22 season. He would add three points in five playoff games as Mount captured the 2022 CSSHL U18 Eastern Championship. This season Campbell tallied 3 goals and 10 assists in 7 games with the Mount Academy U18 Varsity team. He would produce five points in three playoff games at the 2023 CSSHL U18 Eastern Championship.

Originally from Qingdao, China, Jason Huang has played the last three CSSHL seasons with NAX. During the 2020/21 U15 Prep season he would record five goals and six assists in four games. The following U16 Prep season Huang would finish third on his team and tenth among all CSSHL skaters with 51 points in 36 games. He would add six points in five playoff games as NAX were crowned 2022 CSSHL U16 Prep Champions. This season Huang tallied 24 points in 28 U18 Prep games, fourth most amongst NAX skaters.

Chad Lebeau, a defenseman from Repentigny, QC, has spent the last two seasons playing alongside Campbell at Mount Academy. During the 2021/22 season he would finish with 19 points in 24 games. He would add two points in two playoff games to help Mount capture the 2022 CSSHL U18 Eastern Championship. This season Lebeau would record three goals and seven assists in seven games with the Mount Academy U18 Varsity team.

A sixth round pick, 116th overall by the Winnipeg Ice at the 2021 Western Hockey League (WHL) Draft, Kyle Marsden played two seasons in the CSSHL with NAX. During the 2020/21 season the Stephenville, NL defender would play three U15 Prep games, producing one assist. This season Marsden would play 27 U18 Prep games for NAX, tallying 5 goals and 3 assists. He would also play two AJHL games for the Oil Barons, and one WHL games for the Ice, as an affiliate player.

Mount Academy #1 are the first ever winners of the U18 Eastern Championships after they defeated Okanagan Hockey Ontario (OHO) 4-3.

OHO, who finished fifth during the regular season, opened the scoring just 47 seconds into the game when Jack Kelly buried a rebound past Loic Lacombe (22/25).

Jacob Pelletier would score his first of the playoffs on the power play 10:04 into the second to tie the game for Mount Academy. Nicholas Moore (2G) would score 2:04 later to re-gain the OHO lead, but Anthony Campbell responded exactly one minute later to tie the game at 2-2.

Moore would score his second of the game with 1:10 left in the middle frame, but the lead was once again short lived as Isaac Tremblay would score for Mount just 22 seconds later.

Liam Travis would score the eventual game winner just 1:21 into the third, deflecting a Charles Paquet shot past OHO netminder Ben Grahame (24/28).

Bourget College defeated Ontario Hockey Academy (OHA) 5-0 in the U17 Eastern Championship final to become the first ever official winner of the U17 Eastern Division.

Lucas Goncalves (1G,1A) scored 8:26 into the first to open the scoring for Bourget. Gavin McLenaghan and Alexis Methot (1G,1A) would score 47 seconds apart late in the first as Bourget grabbed a 3-0 lead heading into the second.

The second period would see both teams swap chances but the score would remain 3-0 Bourget heading into the deciding 20.

Marc-Antoine Riopel (1G,1A) would score his fifth of the playoffs early in the third, before setting up team captain Adam Belzil (1G,1A) three minutes later to grab an insurmountable lead.

Kristian Lefsrud-Coombs would stop all 26 shots to earn the shutout, while Alexis Sabourin stopped 32 of 37 in net for OHA.
