Sych joined Pursuit of Excellence (POE) for the 2016/17 U15 season, recording 5 points in 25 games. In 2017/18 the Airdie, AB defenseman would play for the Notre Dame U15 Prep team, finishing with 2 points in 19 games.

In 2020/21 Sych would make the jump to junior in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) with the Notre Dame Hounds. He would find the offensive side of his game in 2021/22, recording 35 points in 58 games while being named to the SJHL All-Rookie Team. This season he would set a career high 37 points in 46 SJHL games.

Located in Erie, PA, Mercyhurst University plays in the Atlantic Hockey Association聽(AHA) Conference.

Lind has spent the last two seasons in the 麻豆传媒入口 (CSSHL) with the NAX Female U18 Prep team. During the 2021/22 season the Edmonton, AB netminder would post a 9-8-1-2 record with 1 shutout and a 2.84 GAA and .897 SV%. She would play two playoff games, losing both, but finish with a .952 SV% and 2.05 GAA on 83 shots against.

This season Lind was a nominee for the division’s Top Goaltender Award after going 11-9-1-0 with 3 shutouts, a 2.01 GAA and .932 SV%. Her impressive display helped NAX finish in fourth place during the regular season.

Mercyhurst University is an NCAA Division I program competing in the College Hockey America (CHA) Conference. Mercyhurst is located in Erie, PA.
