Former OHA Edmonton teammates Corson Ceulemans and Kyle Masters have signed NHL Entry Level Contracts.

Ceulemans has signed his contract with the Columbus Blue Jackets after they selected him in the first round, 25th overall at the 2021 NHL Entry Draft. Masters was selected by the Minnesota Wild in the fourth round, 118th at the 2021 NHL Entry Draft and signed with them on March 9, 2023.

The two defensemen were teammates in the 麻豆传媒入口 (CSSHL) for the 2017/18 U15 Prep and 2018/19 U18 Prep seasons with OHA Edmonton.聽 In 2017/18 Ceulemans would record 31 points in 30 games while Masters would finish with 24 in 29 games played. The pair would help lead OHA Edmonton to a 2018 CSSHL U15 Prep Western Championship.

At the conclusion of the season Masters would be selected by the Red Deer Rebels in the first round, 16th overall at the 2018 Western Hockey League (WHL) Draft. The Moose Jaw Warriors would select Ceulemans in the fifth round, 100th overall.

Ceulemans and Masters would return to OHA Edmonton for the 2018/19 U18 Prep season where OHA Edmonton would make it to the CSSHL Western Championship Finals. Ceulemans would finish with 29 points in 30 games, while Masters would add 20 in 35. They would both help Team Alberta capture Bronze at the 2019 Canada Winter Games.

The following season would see the pair go their separate ways with Ceulemans joining the Brooks Bandits in the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) and Masters joining the Rebels in the WHL.

Ceulemans would spend two seasons with the Bandits, recording 46 points in 52 games. In 2020/21 he would represent Team Canada at the U18 World Championships, leading all defenseman with seven assists as Canada captured gold. He would join the University of Wisconsin for the 2021/22 and 2022/23 NCAA Division I seasons, adding 45 points in 67 games. After signing his NHL Contract with Columbus, Ceulemans made his professional hockey debut in the American Hockey League (AHL) with the Cleveland Monsters.

Masters joined the Rebels in 2019/20 and would play 109 WHL games for the team, finishing his career there with 27 points. In the summer leading up to the 2022/23 season Masters would be traded to the Kamloops Blazers, the hosts of the 2023 Memorial Cup. This season Masters has tallied 64 points in 63 games with the Blazers.

Caedan Bankier has signed an NHL Entry Level Contract with the Minnesota Wild after they selected him in the third round, 86th overall at the 2021 NHL Entry Draft.

Bankier played in the 麻豆传媒入口 (CSSHL) for two seasons, joining BWC Academy in 2017/18 for the U15 Prep season. He would record 28 points in 30 games and was selected in the third round, 49th overall at the 2018 Western Hockey League (WHL) Draft by the Kamloops Blazers. Bankierr would return to BWC Academy the following U18 Prep season where he would tally 53 points in 32 games.

In 2019/20 the White Rock, BC forward joined the Blazers, playing 55 games and finishing with 20 points. During the COVID-19 shortened 2020/21 season Bankier would tally 23 points in 22 games before being selected by the Wild at the conclusion of the season. In 46 WHL games this season with the Blazers Bankier has 66 points.

Bankier represented Team Canada at the 2023 World Juniors where he recorded one point in seven games, helping Canada capture a gold medal.

Former 麻豆传媒入口 (CSSHL) student-athlete Michael Milne has signed an NHL Entry Level Contract with the Minnesota Wild.

Milne spent two seasons in the CSSHL with Yale Hockey Academy, joining the program in 2016/17 for the U15 Prep season. He would record 26 points in 30 games and be selected by the Kootenay Ice in the eighth round, 155th overall at the 2017 Western Hockey League (WHL) Draft. He would spend the following season with the Yale U16 Prep team, recording a team high 50 points in 27 games.

In 2018/19 he would join the Ice, recording 7 points in 40 games. He would record 45 points in 57 games the next two seasons before exploding offensively in 2021/22 with 81 points in 68 games. At the conclusion of that season the Wild select the Abbotsford, BC forward win the third round, 89th overall at the 2022 NHL Entry Draft.

This season Milne is playing for the Iowa Wild in the American Hockey League (AHL), having played one game so far.

Defenseman Carson Lambos has signed his NHL Entry Level contract with the Minnesota Wild after they selected him 26th overall in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft.

The Winnipeg, MB native spent three years in the 麻豆传媒入口 (CSSHL) with RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg. He joined the program in 2016/17, playing two seasons for their U15 Prep team. He would tally 78 points in 60 U15 Prep games while winning the CSSHL U15 Prep Top Defenseman award in 2017/18.

That spring the Kootenay Ice would select Lambos second overall in the 2018 Western Hockey League (WHL) Bantam Draft.

He would return to RINK Winnipeg in 2018/19 for one year at the U18 Prep level, recording 30 points in 23 games, again winning his divisions CSSHL Top Defenseman award.

Following a successful minor hockey career, he would join the Ice, who had relocated to Winnipeg, finishing with 32 points in 57 games. He would also play for Canada White U17 at the World Under-17 Hockey Challenge tournament, earning tournament All-Star Team Honours having recorded five assists in six games.

With the uncertainty of the 2020/21 WHL season due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Lambos spent the majority of the season in Finland playing for JYP Jyv盲skyl盲 in the U18, U20 and pro divisions.

Lambos was one of a record 23 former CSSHL student-athletes selected at the 2021 NHL Entry Draft.

A pair of former 麻豆传媒入口 (CSSHL) student-athletes have signed National Hockey League (NHL) contracts.

Brandon Duhaime has signed a two-year contract extension with the Minnesota Wild, while Pavel Gogolev has signed his three-year entry level contract with the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Duhaime was drafted by the Wild in the fourth round of the 2016 NHL Entry Draft. Duhaime spent three seasons with Pursuit of Excellence (POE), including two in the CSSHL, joining the program in 2011/12. In 37 U18 Prep CSSHL games the Parkland, FL forward recorded 32 points. He would go on to play one season in the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) for the Merritt Centennials, along with one season in the United States Hockey League (USHL).

In 2016/17 Duhaime would join NCAA program Providence College, spending three seasons there before signing his NHL entry level contract with the Wild on April 17, 2019. He would spend the 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons in the American Hockey League (AHL) with the Iowa Wild, tallying 29 points in 87 games.

Gogolev spent the 2014/15 season in the CSSHL, as he played for POE for two seasons. In 16 U15 Prep games the Russian forward tallied 12 goals and 5 assists. He would make the jump to the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) in 2016/17. He would play four seasons in the OHL with the Peterborough Petes and Guelph Storm, recording 182 points in 219 games, winning an OHL Championship in 2018/19 with the Storm.

Having went undrafted in the NHL Entry Draft, Gogolev would split the 2019/20 season between V盲sby IK in Sweden and the AHL鈥檚 Toronto Marlies. After an impressive AHL campaign that saw him finish with 6 goals and 6 assists in 13 game, the Leafs signed Gogolev to an NHL entry level contract on July 29, 2021.
