Finnie spent three seasons in the CSSHL with Yale Hockey Academy. The Lethbridge, AB forward joined the program in 2018/19, playing for their U15, U15 Prep and U18 Prep team. In 65 total games he would record 51 goals and 56 assists. After being selected in the fourth round, 82nd overall at the 2020 WHL Draft by the Kamloops Blazers, Finnie would join the club in 2021/22, tallying 6 points in 48 games.

Last season he would finish with 35 points in 64 games which lead the Detroit Red Wings to select him in the seventh round of the 2023 NHL Draft. This season Finnie finished with 59 points in 62 WHL games with the Blazers.

A goaltender from Calgary, AB, Ungar joined the Northern Alberta Xtreme (NAX) U16 Prep team in 2017/18, winning a CSSHL Western Championship that year. He would start the following season with the NAX U18 Prep team before splitting the second half of the year between the AJHL with the Okotoks Oilers, and the WHL with the Brandon Wheat Kings. Undrafted to the WHL, Ungar would bounce around between the Wheat Kings and the AJHL’s Whitecourt Wolverines for the 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons.

Ungar would spend the entirety of the 2021/22 season in the WHL with the Red Deer Rebels before joining the Moose Jaw Warriors for the 2022/23 WHL season. He would finish his WHL career with a 2.57GAA, .917SV%, 3 shutouts and a 53-20-2 record in 87 total games.

This season Ungar joined Brock University where he was named a USports (OUA West) All-Rookie Team, First Team All-Star, Goaltender of the Year and Rookie of the Year after posting a 2.15GAA and .932SV% in 26 games. Ungar was undrafted to the NHL but has signed with the Edmonton Oilers.

St. Mary鈥檚 Academy Female U18 Prep teammates Julia Bird, Jessie Haner, Ashley Keller, and Emily Shippam have all committed to the Bisons for the 2021/22 season.

Bird, who is from Winnipeg, MB, joined St. Mary鈥檚 during the 2020/21 COVID shortened season. The forward played three games and finished with two points.

Haner spent four seasons with St. Mary鈥檚, playing 67 games. The Oakbank, MB forward finished her CSSHL career with 13 goals and 11 assists.

A veteran of 52 CSSHL games, Keller spent three seasons with St. Mary鈥檚, recording 19 goals 20 assists. Keller is a forward from Winnipeg, MB.

The lone goalie of the group, Shippam is the third Winnipeg, MB student-athlete from St. Mary鈥檚 to join the Bisons. In 13 games the last 2 seasons, Shippam has a .895 save percentage and a 2.55 goals against average.

The Bisons play out of the Wayne Fleming Arena in Winnipeg, MB and compete in U Sports.

Black has spent the last three seasons in the Canadian Sports School Hockey League (CSSHL) at the Female U18 Prep level. In 46 games the Winnipeg, MB native has recorded 2 assists and 18 penalty minutes.

Machado spent the last season and a half in the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) with the Oilers, after previously playing in the Western Hockey League (WHL) with the Saskatoon Blades and Swift Current Broncos.

A fifth-round pick by the Blades in the 2015 WHL Bantam Draft, Machado recorded 11 points in 129 WHL games, and 29 points in 38 AJHL games.

Before making the jump to junior the Airdrie, AB native spent one season with Edge School鈥檚 U16 Prep team in 2015/16. His 52 assists and 78 points were best among all Canadian Sports School Hockey League (CSSHL) U16 Prep skaters as he earned division MVP honours.

The Royal Military College Paladins are based in Kingston, ON and compete in U SPORTS.

Bierd is currently in her third season with the Edge Female U18 Prep team having recorded 35 points in 54 Canadian Sports School Hockey League (CSSHL) games. Bierd, who is from Calgary, AB, won a Female U18 Prep CSSHL League Championship in 2019/20.

UBC is located in Vancouver, B.C. and competes in U SPORTS.

Benjamin is currently in her first Canadian Sports School Hockey League (CSSHL) season with the NAX Female U18 Prep team. The Nanaimo, B.C. native recorded one assist in three games during the COVID-19 plagued campaign.

Mura was a member of the Edge Female U18 Prep team from 2018-2021 playing in 55 CSSHL games. The Calgary, AB defenseman would tally 20 points over the course of her career and would help Edge win a 2019/20 CSSHL Female U18 Prep Championship.

McGill University is located in Montreal, QC and competes in U Sports.

Hunt spent three seasons with BWC Academy from 2015-2018. In 2015/16 Hunt recorded 12 points in 39 games at the U16 Prep level. He would play 73 games the next two seasons at the U18 Prep division, tallying 29 points.

He would join the Alberta Junior Hockey League鈥檚 (AJHL)Lloydminster Bobcats for the 2018/19 season before moving on to the Olds Grizzlies in 2019/20. He spent the back half of that season with the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League鈥檚 (SJHL) Melfort Mustangs, finishing his junior career with them this season.

Located in Ottawa, ON, the Ravens competed in the U Sports division.

Lawson spent two years in the Canadian Sports School Hockey League (CSSHL) with Edge School Female U18 Prep in Calgary, AB. During the 2019/20 season she won a CSSHL League Championship and played 13 games, posting a 9-3-0 record with 1.26 goals against average (GAA), .929 save percentage and 3 shutouts. This season she went 2-0-0 with a 1.00 GAA and a .966 save percentage.

Ryerson University is located in Toronto, ON and competes in the U Sports.

麻豆传媒入口 student athlete Abby Soyko will attend and play USports hockey for the University of Alberta for the 2020-21 season.聽

Soyko, 19, laced up the Northern Alberta Xtreme Female U18 Prep team last season where she notched 14 goals and 13 assists (14-13-27) in 23 regular season games.聽

During the 2020 BDO CSSHL Championships, the Prince Albert, SK product added 10 points, scoring four goals and six assists (4-6-10).
