The Bentley University Falcons have sealed a commitment from former BWC Academy forward Stephen Castagna.
Castagna spent two seasons in the 麻豆传媒入口 (CSSHL) with BWC Academy. He joined the league in 2016/17, recording 21 points in 27 U16 Prep games as his team won a CSSHL U16 Prep League Championship. He would finish with 39 points in 32 U18 Prep games the following season.
In 2018/19 Castagna would join the Alberni Valley Bulldogs in the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL), tallying 13 points in 57 games. He would finish with 28 points in 56 games the following year, before setting a new career high with 29 points in just 20 games during the 2020/21 campaign. Now in his fourth season in the BCHL, the North Vancouver, BC native has tallied 26 points in 27 games while suiting up as the captain of the Bulldogs.
The Falcons are an NCAA Division I program located in Waltham, Massachusetts and compete in the Atlantic Hockey Conference (AHA).
