Okanagan Hockey Academy (3) vs Delta Hockey Academy Black (2) Female U18 Prep

After a scoreless first period, Delta Black sprung on to the scene with two goals in 35-seconds thanks to the efforts of Gabriella Lee and Ava Hamel. However, Delta Black would find themselves in penalty trouble in the third, leading to two powerplay markers for OHA. With time dwindling in the third, OHA鈥檚 Tiani Makokis (1G, 2A) found the back of the net with 1:15 left in the game. OHA鈥檚 late resurgence resulted in 21-shots on net to Delta Black鈥檚 five.听

OHA Edmonton (3) vs Edge School (7) U18 Prep

OHA Edmonton had Preston Patenuade鈥檚 (26/29) in the first, scoring thrice on 8-shots to give the academy a 3-2 lead after twenty. However, Landon DuPont (1G, 1A) got the ball rolling for Edge early in the second, scoring on the powerplay just 63-seconds in to play. This was shortly followed up by Lochlan Tetarenko (2G, 2A) to give Edge the outright lead. That fourth goal was destined to be the eventual game winner as Edge鈥檚 offence refused to let go for the rest of the match. Besides Tetarenko鈥檚 four-point affair, Zach Olsen (2G) also provided a pair of goals to insure their landslide victory.

Shawnigan Lake School (1) vs Delta Hockey Academy Green (4) U17 Prep

Will Stonehouse (48/52) put on a masterclass performance in net for Shawnigan Lake Saturday afternoon, but a lack of offence from his academy鈥檚 offence eventually painted a loss for the Vancouver Island-based academy. A busy second period that saw three goals get past Stonehouse was enough to cement a victory for Delta Green. The trio of Milan Mrsic (2G, 1A), Lukas Lima (1G, 2A) and Nathaniel Danielson (1G, 2A) each stacked up three-point efforts. Matthew Last got Shawnigan on the board in the third, but that was all that Greyson Moroz (29/30) would let squeeze by during his tenure in net.

RHA Kelowna Black (5) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (3) U17 Prep

Dylan Cawley and Caleb Bedard split the scoring in the first period, keeping things knotted up at one through twenty. Come the second, RHA Kelowna struck first with a tally from Owen Downey (1G, 1A) while Aidan Fisher (1G, 2A) followed up with his 20th of the season to put their academy up by a pair. Jacob Leamy (1G, 1A) would cut OHA鈥檚 deficit back to one just before the second, but a strong third from RHA Kelowna stumped any chance of a comeback for the Penticton-based academy.听

North Shore Warriors (1) vs Shawnigan Lake School (5) Female U18 Prep

Shawnigan picked away at North Shore for the first forty minutes of this contest, scoring twice in the process thanks to the offensive efforts of Grace Cooper (1G, 2A) and Taya Lonsdale (2G, 1A). Lonsdale would spark the scoring in the final frame, leading the way for Esme LiChong (1G, 2A) and Lola Macuiba to establish a 5-0 lead. Late in the third, Lindsay Goncalves would record her first goal of the season to break Alexandra Nelson鈥檚 (13/14) shutout.

Okanagan Hockey Ontario (8) vs King Heights Academy (2) Eastern U18 Prep

King Heights got things started on the right foot, establishing a 2-1 lead after twenty with heavy credit given to Connor Prinold, putting his team ahead late in the frame. However, OHO鈥檚 offence found its groove as they鈥檇 ignite for three unanswered goals in the second, erasing King Height鈥檚 advantage. OHO would go on to put more salt in the wound, rubbing in another four unanswered to polish off King Heights. Addison St. Cyr (3G, 1A) was a large part of the offensive surge, nabbing a hat-trick while Jordan Laroda (1G, 2A) picked up their first three point outing of the season.

South Alberta Hockey Academy (1) vs Edge School (7) Female U18 Prep

Edge School opened up this contest with five unanswered goals to lay things to rest early. Shannon Pearson (3G, 2A), Brooklyn Deck (2G, 2A) and Jennifer Keller (1G, 3A) could not be held off the scoresheet in this offensive palooza. Jaylee Skog would stop the bleeding for SAHA in the second, but Pearson鈥檚 quick response after that tally put any chance at a comeback out of reach.

Pacific Coast Hockey Academy White (5) vs North Shore Warriors Orange (7) U17 Prep

Despite facing NSW Orange鈥檚 shooting gallery, Parker Parrish (56/63) kept PCHA White in the game, making 56-stops to give his academy a fighting chance. Scoring would erupt in the second, eventually concluding with NSW Orange carrying out a 4-3 lead after outshooting their opposition 29-10. PCHA White would have the edge in shots in the third, but NSW Orange鈥檚 offence remained potent. Finley Reed (3G, 1A) wrapped up his hat-trick with a late shorthanded goal, ultimately being the insurance marker in this offensive showcase.

Okanagan Hockey Academy Black (2) vs Delta Hockey Academy Black (5) U17 Prep

Delta Black opened the scoring in the first and would go on to establish a four goal spread before OHA Black could find the back of the net. Ethan Dimand broke Delta Black鈥檚 scoring chain late in the second and would spark a push for the third, but the strong goaltending from Jake Poblete (28/30) kept Delta Black in control and eventually led them to victory.

St. George鈥檚 School (3) vs BWC Academy (4) U18 Prep

Despite a deplenished roster, BWC Academy was still able to pull through and carry out a victory over their lower mainland rivals. St. George鈥檚 may have opened up the scoring with an early pair from Jussi Saarni and Simon Ward, but BWC Academy鈥檚 determinants led them to finish off that period on top, with the go ahead goal coming off the stick of Ryan Harris (2G). Amadeo Sim and Harris would trade goals in the second, leading to a scoreless third. Preston Lewis (24/27) only had to turn aside three shots from St. George鈥檚 in the third to seal their win.
