Notre Dame Red (1) vs Edge School Maroon (4) U17 Prep

Will Lutze scored 18 seconds in as Notre Dame Red led 1-0 early. Luca Dufour (2G, 1A) would tie the game in the first before scoring the go ahead goal midway through the second. Noa Halat added a shorthanded goal and Andrew Ramsden-Wood scored in the third as Edge Maroon overcame the early deficit to win 4-1.听

North Shore Warriors Orange (6) vs Coeur d鈥橝lene Hockey Academy Navy (4) U17 Prep

Elijah Plunkett gave CDA Navy a 4-3 lead midway through the third as they looked to win their first game of the season. But Tyrese Martinez (1G, 1A) would tie the game with 5:10 remaining and Finlay Reed (2G) would score twice in a 26 second span in the final minute of the game as North Shore Orange grabbed a 6-4 victory. Noah Russo (4) had four assists in the win.听

Delta Hockey Academy Black (3) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy White (4) U17 Prep

Imaan Atwal scored 21 seconds in for Delta Black but Holden Duggan (1G, 1A) countered with 31 seconds remaining in the period. Adam Ireland and Jordan Nguyen would trade second period power play goals. Brayden Howe and Markus Nichols (1G, 1A) would score 50 seconds apart midway through the final frame as PCHA White grabbed a 4-2 advantage. Nicholas Campbell (1G, 2A) would find the back of the net short handed with 1:36 left to play but Leo Brosseau (36/39) would halt any further comeback dreams.听

RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (1) vs Edge School (4) U18 Prep

Edge outshot RHA Winnipeg 52-31 en route to a 4-1 victory Saturday. Ben Binder-Nord, Ben MacBeath, Brayden Schwartz (1G, 1A) and Leim Smith (1G, 1A) all scored for Edge in the victory. Landon DuPont (2A) and Lochlan Tetarenko (2A) added two assists each while Ryley Budd (31/32) made 31 saves. Defenseman Tate Dolinsky scored the lone RHA Winnipeg goal. Brant Catellier (47/50) made 47 saves in the loss.听

BWC Academy (1) vs Yale Hockey Academy (6) U18 Prep

Yale (6-1-0) earned their sixth win of the season with a 6-1 win over BWC Academy (2-5-1). Eli Barrett opened the scoring for Yale but affiliate player Mark Lee tied the game just 29 seconds later. However, from there it was all Yale as Grant Reid scored the go ahead goal minutes later and Lucas Biros, Hunter Aura, Logan Flint and Levin Benson (1G, 2A) all scored second period goals. Spencer Hunnam (27/28) made 27 saves for the win.听

North Shore Warriors (2) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (4) Female U18 Prep

Sara Gerdel (1G, 1A) and Sayler Russell (1G, 1A) opened the scoring for OHA while Avery Wilson (1G, 1A) countered late in the period for North Shore. Korie McGill (2G, 1A) would extend the lead with the lone goal in the second period. McGill extended the lead 11:40 into the third. Jaida Powell would give North Shore life, finding the back of the net just 49 seconds later, but Jaya Schippel (27/29) was able to keep a clean sheet the rest of the way.听

Ontario Hockey Academy Gold (5) vs King Heights Academy (3) U18 Eastern U18

Connor Whittaker and William Thurlbert traded first period goals before Vytas Lenkutis (2G, 1A) gave KHA a 2-1 lead after 40. Lenkutis would extend the lead early in the third as KHA looked to win their first game of the season. But OHA Gold had other plans as Thorvald Naess (2G, 1A) brought them within one, Vincenzo Di Rocco (1G, 1A) tied the game with 4:11 remaining, Naess scored the go-ahead goal with 1:26 left, and Louie White extended the advantage with 45 seconds left to play.听

Okanagan Hockey Academy (5) vs North Shore Warriors (2) U15

Max Joseph had the game鈥檚 lone goal through 40-minutes, giving North Shore the lead heading into the third. However, OHA would quickly strike for two goals only 29-seconds apart. James Koch would score one on the powerplay to tie things up shortly after, but Caiden Osiowy-Mah was able to regain OHA鈥檚 lead a few minutes later. Adam Molinaro (2G) would add another two further into the frame, cementing OHA鈥檚 victory after a statement making third period.

Delta Hockey Academy Green (3) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy Blue (4) U17 Prep

Delta Green and PCHA Blue would trade goals just 19-seconds apart in the first. The Vancouver Giants prospect, Max Malinousky (2G), would sway the momentum early in the second for Delta Green with his second of the afternoon. However, PCHA Blue would only need 4:17 to change the outcome of this contest, scoring three unanswered in that timeframe, topped off by Drew Stinka for his first of the season. Ciaran Henry would get one back for Delta Green but from this point forward, it was Ashton Fummerton鈥檚 (43/46) show. Fummerton would make 11-saves in the third and backstop his team to victory. Greyson Moroz (37/41) would hold PCHA Blue at bay as well in the third, but his team鈥檚 offence couldn鈥檛 find a solution in the third.

Calgary International Hockey Academy (3/OT) vs Edge School Gold (2) U17 Prep

Although CIHA was being heavily outshot after two, Cole Prelusky (44/46) was able to stand on his head and keep his academy alive while Jack Coghlan was able to garner a tally in the second. Mason Moran would add to this tally, however Edge Gold pushed back in the third, scoring twice to force an overtime. Just 55-seconds into the extra frame, Lincoln Martin would spring Zee Jamal on to the partial breakaway where he鈥檇 make no mistake and bury his fifth of the season for the overtime winner.

Yale Hockey Academy (3/OT) vs Shawnigan Lake School (2) U17 Prep

The same player who started this one, would ultimately also be the one to seal it up. Saskatoon Blades prospect, Matthew Dowdall (2G), would get things started with a late first period tally. Entering the second, Shawnigan would claw back with a shorthanded marker off the stick of Brandon Kendall. Both teams would trade goals in the third, forcing an overtime, where we would find our hero Dowdall jamming one home on a partial breakaway.听

Rink Hockey Academy Kelowna Red (5) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy Black (6) U17 Prep

RHA Kelowna Red would build their way up to a 4-1 lead halfway through the match before OHA Black turned the tides. Maxx Parfitt (3G) would spark the start of a four goal chain to put his academy ahead halfway through the third. Luke Silvernagle (1G, 1A) would tie it back up with a one-timer off of the right circle. However, Trail-native Ben Fragle (1G, 1A) would bury a loose puck near the goalmouth just over a minute later for the eventual game winner in a comeback scenario.

Yale Hockey Academy (6) vs STAR Hockey Academy (7/OT) U15

It was a teeter totter of emotions through the first 40-minutes of this U15 showdown. STAR would break the ice with a four-goal first period with Levi Ellingsen (2G, 2A) chipping in on three of them. Yale would find a lone tally in that opening frame but would explode for three of their own in the second. Some late back-and-forth action wouldn鈥檛 solve anything and overtime would be necessary. Then just 26-seconds in, Daniel Makovetskiy (3G) would rifle one topshelf for his hat-trick, and more importantly, the game winner.

Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (3) vs Indigenous Sports Academy (4/OT) U17 Prep

After Austen Puentes knocked home an air-mailed puck late in the first, Tanner Demarais-Corrigal would score his second goal in as many games to tie things back up. Benson Hirst (1G, 1A) would polish off a sweet feed from Dwight Sawatzky soon after. However, Baron Tanton would score his first of the season to reel things back to even once more. Carson Carels (1G, 1A) and Rowen Albert would trade goals in the third to force an overtime. Pilot Mound would start the extra frame with nearly an entire powerplay, but Chauncy Jack (39/42) would make some key stops, along with some luck from the posts. After the successful kill, Tayvian Delorme would work his way into the slot before firing home the game winner in dramatic fashion to clinch their second straight overtime victory over Pilot Mound.

Delta Hockey Academy (2) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (6) U18 Prep

Delta and PCHA would duke it out in the first period, scoring a goal a piece before the ice clean. However, PCHA would find their groove in the second, scoring five goals in succession with some beautiful passing plays. Noah Kosick (3A), Jordan Ramsay (2G, 2A) and Jase Johnstone (1G, 2A) would all eclipse the three point barrier thanks to this offensive downpour. Ryan Lin would blast one home in the third in an effort to make a comeback, but it was too little too late for Delta.

Okanagan Hockey Academy (5) vs Coeur d鈥橝lene Hockey Academy (1) U17 Prep

Aside from a shorthanded marker from CDA鈥檚 Shawn Haynes, it was an overall textbook night for OHA. Tucker Robertson (2G) would open the scoring in the first and captain Seth Flett (1G, 1A) would pot home a powerplay goal in the second. OHA would eventually close the night off with three unanswered in the third following Hayne鈥檚 SH goal.

North Shore Warriors (5) vs Shawnigan Lake School (6) U18 Prep

North Shore and Shawnigan would trade goals back-and-forth for the entirety of the matchup. Deacon Drummond (2G, 1A) would lead the offence for the Warriors while Joshua Polak (2G, 2A) contributed his fair share for Shawnigan. It would come down to the wire in the third and looked as though the game would need extra time. However, Eli McKamey (3A) would make a brave move to the front of the net on his forehand, his rebound would fall to the stick of Gabriel Kenny (1G, 1A) and he’d make no mistake burying his second of the season. Both of Kenny鈥檚 goals this season are GWG on home turf.

South Alberta Hockey Academy (3) vs Northern Alberta Xtreme (4) Female U18 Prep

SAHA found the back of the net twice in the first to set some momentum in their favour. However, NAX鈥檚 Larae Benoit (2G) would tally one halfway through the first and early in the second to erase SAHA鈥檚 advantage. Four minutes later, Kendra Shumaker would score her first of the season to put NAX in front. Caris Erickson (1G, 2A) would add another in the third for NAX, which would go on to be the deciding goal after SAHA鈥檚 Brianna Finke brought it to within one.

Okanagan Hockey Academy (5) vs Coeur d鈥橝lene Hockey Academy (1) U18 Prep

After a fiery opening 20-minutes, OHA would settle into a听 rhythm. Ethan Hamilton (2G) would get his academy on the board early in the second. CDA would get one back before Markus Ruck (1G, 1A) stole back the lead for OHA. Hamilton would add another in the third while Liam Ruck (2G, 1A) would add a pair.
