The Red Deer Rebels have signed OHA Edmonton U18 Prep forward Zane Saab to a Western Hockey League (WHL) Standard Player Agreement (SPA) after drafting him in the third round, 47^th overall in the 2021 WHL Draft.

Saab joined the 麻豆传媒入口 (CSSHL) in 2020/21, scoring twice in three U15 Prep games. This year the Edmonton, AB forward has scored 10 goals to go along with 7 assists in 19 U18 Prep games.

Saab represented Team Alberta at the 2021 WHL Cup, leading the team in goals (5) and points (6), helping the team to a silver medal.
