The Saskatoon Blades have signed RHA Winnipeg student-athletes Spencer Kuntz and Cohen Lewko to Western Hockey League (WHL) Scholarship and Development Agreements after selecting the duo at the 2024 WHL Prospects Draft.
Selected in the sixth round, 133rd overall by the Blades, Kuntz recorded 3 goals and 22 assists in 27 games with RHA Winnipeg this season. This was the Winnipeg, MB defenseman’s first season in the CSSHL U15 Prep division.
Lewko joined RHA Winnipeg for the 2023/24 U15 Prep season, finishing third in team scoring with 42 points in 26 games. The Sanford, MB forward was selected in the fourth round, 77th overall by the Blades.
