Come the third, Joe Iginla (1G, 2A) would make things even once again but the real game changer came on the penalty kill. Callum Stone (1G, 1A) would sacrifice the body for a huge block on Lafreniere. Eventually, this block allowed Iginla and Cameron Norrie to break out on a 2-on-1 where they would take the lead. Further RHA Kelowna penalty trouble led to another Yale powerplay where this time Jacob Henderson would blast home his first of the season. In overtime, Yale bobbled a pass deep in RHA Kelowna鈥檚 zone, Stone recognized the gap in defence and sprung on to a breakaway where he鈥檇 make no mistake, sealing the statement victory for RHA Kelowna.

Yale Hockey Academy (3) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy Blue (6) U17 Prep

Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy (3) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (6) U18 Prep

Trace Anderson (3G, 1A) found his offensive touch in this performance versus Wenatchee, picking up a hat-trick in just over 20-minutes of play. Along with Anderson, Jordan Ramsay (2G) and Aangid Manhas (1G, 3A) also put up impressive statlines. Delta Hockey Academy Green (3) vs RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (7) U15 Prep

Things were shaking up to be a tight match after the first period of play, drawn at 2-2 with Delta goalie Matthew Wong (54/61) turning away 20-shots in the period alone. However, RHA Kelowna would find their rhythm in the second, scoring three consecutive goals including a shorthanded tally from Finn Howes (2G). Jack Morgan would ease the bleeding in the third with a powerplay goal, but another two markers from Hudson Podollan (1G, 2A) and Riley Kennedy were enough to bury the one U15 Prep team that was yet to lose in regulation.

However, Trey Bohlken (1G, 1A) would find the back of the net in the third for his first of the season which would go on to be the GWG.

BWC Academy (3) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (7) U15 Prep

Eli Tverdovsky (4G) stole the show with a four goal performance, tallying at least one goal every period for OHA. However, BWC Academy started this game on top, leading 3-2 in the second period. A late Tverdovsky goal tied things up in the second and four unanswered by OHA was enough to bury BWC Academy on their home turf.

St. George’s School (8) vs Yale Hockey Academy (1) U15 Prep

St. George鈥檚 powerplay went an astounding 4/4 over Yale in the late game on Saturday. The 2010-born skaters Louis Oscar Holowaychuk (1G, 3A) and Kain Martinuik (2G, 1A) were leading the charge once again, linking for a combined seven points, just as they did on Friday.
