STAR outshot Notre Dame 49-19 en route to an 11-2 win Saturday morning. STAR scored three power play goals in a span of 5:10 midway through the first and never looked back. Lincoln Angst (4G), Blaise Weibye (3G) and Daniel Makovetskiy (2G, 1A) did the majority of the damage for STAR. Levi Ellingsen (3A) and Adam Neilson (2A) each had multi assist games. Liam Bird and Joey Jackson scored for Notre Dame in the loss.聽

BWC Academy (5) vs RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (3) U15 Prep

Liam Bordt (2G, 1A) scored the lone first period goal as BWC Academy led 1-0 after 20. Deacon Gayfer and Jack Leslie put RHA Kelowna ahead with 5:19 left in the second before Bordt scored an unassisted marker with 1:34 remaining in the period. Alexander Sharman restored the RHA Kelowna lead 1:39 into the final frame but goals 1:09 apart from Justin Moon and Kenzo Gibson (1G, 1A) put BWC Academy ahead for good. Cohen Baker added an insurance marker midway through the period and Bentley Edgar (15/18) finished with 15 saves for the win.聽

CIH Academy (6) vs Fort Erie International Academy (4) East U17

It took Jean-Theo Mundele (2G, 1A) just 10 seconds to score the game’s first goal, and his first of the season, as Fort Erie grabbed a quick 1-0 lead. Luca Chiarizia tied the game 1:55 later with a shorthanded goal. Mundele restored the lead midway through the second but the game remained tied going into the third as Oliver Matthewman scored his first of the season. Joel Thompson put Fort Erie back on top 4:25 into the final frame but Connor Welsh (2G, 1A) scored twice in a span of 29 seconds to give CIH Academy their first lead of the game. Spencer Garzon levelled the score at 4-4 with 3:28 left to play when he scored his first of the season. Ilia Kuleshov (1G, 1A) would be the CIH Academy hero, finding the back of the net with 1:05 left in regulation. Keaton Atsynia added an empty net goal with 31 seconds left to secure the win for CIH Academy.聽

Notre Dame (2) vs RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (4) U17

RHA Winnipeg would lead 1-0 after 20 as Atley Feniuk (1G, 1A) scored late in the first period. Nolan Rafferty scored a power play goal 34 seconds into the middle frame and Elijah Rempel added his third of the season 3:02 later. John-Paul Pogson got Notre Dame on the board with a power play goal midway through the second. Casey Mitschke (1G, 1A) would score an even strength marker for RHA Winnipeg, while Ryder Pisiak countered with a shorthanded marker 3:25 later for Notre Dame. Zaiden McDonald-Horvath (27/29) made seven saves in the third to halt any Notre Dame comeback plans.聽

Edge School (1) vs Delta Hockey Academy (7) U15 Prep

Logan Suh (2G) and George Matheos scored 1:30 apart as the game was tied 1-1 midway through the first. Delta would take over from there scoring six unanswered to claim a 7-1 win and hand Edge their first regulation loss of the season. Defenseman Ryker Doka (1G, 2A) led all skaters with three points while Suh and Brady Cyr (2G) each scored twice in the win. Quinn Coupland (29/30) turned aside 29 shots to earn the win. Kaidyn Thomas (39/46) made 39 saves in the loss.聽

Stanstead College (3) vs Bishop’s College School (7) East U18

Bishop鈥檚 College (5-0-0) remained undefeated on the season with a 7-3 win over Stanstead College (0-3-0) who continues to struggle despite having a division best 11 QMJHL and OHL Draft picks. Adam Straka (1G, 1A) and Zach Jockers (2G, 1A) scored early in the first to put Bishop鈥檚 ahead. Rimouski Oc茅anic prospect Aaron Chipp (2G) got Stanstead on the board but Tristan Gagnon responded just 30 seconds later. Chipp scored again 47 seconds into the second before Bishop鈥檚 rattled off three straight with Jockers, Kayden Robitaille and Gatineau Olympiques 2024 QMJHL Draft Pick Zachary Roussy (1G, 1A) all finding the back of the net. David Deschatelets ended the Bishop鈥檚 run late in the second but it was all for nothing as Alexi Gachelin scored the lone third period goal as Bishop鈥檚 pulled away for the 7-3 win.聽

Northern Alberta Xtreme (5) vs St. George’s School (1) U15 Prep

In a battle of the two top MYHockey Ranked teams, second place NAX (9-0-0) remained undefeated with a 5-1 win over first place St. George鈥檚 (3-3-0). Kalen Miles opened the scoring with the lone first period goal. Easton Arndt (1G, 1A) extended the lead on the power play 2:54 into the second. Noah Fowler cut the lead in half but Hayden Harvey (1G, 1A) responded for NAX 1:33 later. Luka Samu (1G, 1A) would add another NAX goal 54 seconds later and Teagen Bouchard (1G, 1A) scored the lone third period goal to round out the scoring. Karter Gibson (14/15) and Joffrey Chan (47/52) were in net for their respective teams.聽

BWC Academy (6) vs Delta Hockey Academy White (5) U15

In a battle of one loss teams it was BWC Academy (5-1-0) who came out on top over Delta White (9-2-0) in a highly contested battle. Colby Walker (1G, 1A) opened the scoring with a shorthanded goal but BWC Academy scored three straight, including two power play goals, to close out the first as Wyatt Lowther (2G, 3A) tallied two and Nathan DaSilva added his first of the season. Carson Brown and Matthew Sutherland traded goals to open the second before Delta White reversed the script with Carson Brown (2G, 1A), Jayden Ni (1G, 1A) and Reid Dutschek (1G, 3A) finding the back of the net. Eric Prexler (2G, 2A) would tie the game with 6:10 remaining and then score the game winning goal on the power play with just 55 seconds left to give his team the 6-5 win. Tyson Oake (33/38) and Aarun Parmar (32/38) each faced 38 shots in net.聽

Ulysse Academie (1) vs Fort Erie International Academy (5) East U18

Fort Erie led 3-0 heading into the third as Matys Lefebvre (1G, 1A) scored in the first while Isaak Samson and Jason Haraphongse (1G, 1A) added second period tallies. Raphael Harvey got Ulysse on the board midway through the third but Max Schippers and Baron Tanton scored 15 seconds apart late in the period to end any Ulysse comeback dreams. Ryan Schultz (52/53) and Timothee Fengos (3/3) combined to make 55 saves in net for Fort Erie. Leonidas Barkoulas (19/24) stopped 19 shots in net for Ulysse.聽

RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (2) vs North Shore Warriors (0) U15 Prep

Noah Hawkins (27/27) and Elias Mitrikas (57/58) stopped every shot they faced through the first two periods and a bit of the third until Grayson Speirs finally ended the deadlock 5:45 into the final period. Maddex Mason would score an empty net goal with 40 seconds left to give RHA Winnipeg some breathing room in what ended as a 2-0 win.聽

Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (7) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (4) U15 Prep

Pilot Mound opened up to a 2-0 lead just 3:37 in as Maddox Ramage (3G) and Hein Mierau each found the back of the net. Cameron Young scored a power play goal to get PCHA on the board midway through the first before Ramage and Mazen Green traded power play goals 2:22 apart. Cole Landreville (1G, 3A) and Kai Dingwall scored in the final three minutes of the first to wrap up a wild 20 that saw Pilot Mound ahead 5-2. After a scoreless second Trent Porter and Dane Dyer scored 2:07 apart early in the third to apply some pressure on the PMHA lead. Bur Ramage completed the hat-trick just minutes later and Brett Buors (1G, 1A) added an empty net goal to clinch the Pilot Mound win.聽

Prairie Hockey Academy (1) vs RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (5) U18 Prep

Number one ranked RHA Winnipeg (6-0-0) stayed undefeated with a 5-1 win over number six ranked Prairie Hockey Academy (5-2-0). Graeme Pickering (2G, 1A) and Max Dowse (2G) scored first period goals as RHA Winnipeg came racing out of the gate. Kale Pratte scored the lone second period goal to cut into the lead going into the third. Dowse and Carter Haney (1G, 2A) each added shorthanded goals in the third while Pickering scored a power play marker as the RHA Winnipeg special teams took over in the final period. Quinn Burfoot (26/27) and Micah Davidson (32/36) were in net for their respective teams.聽

Notre Dame (1) vs Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (8) U18 Prep

Backed by a power play that was hitting at 50%, and a penalty kill that added a shorthanded marker, Pilot Mound defeated Notre Dame 8-1. Briggs Olson (2G, 2A) and Austin Polonoski (4A) led all skaters with four points while 2024 WHL Draft picks and Team Manitoba WHL Cup players William Picklyk (3G) and Asher Gingras (1G, 2A) each had three point games. Tyler Norman beat Aiden Trapp (29/30) midway through the second for the lone Notre Dame goal.聽

OHA Edmonton (6) vs Calgary International Hockey Academy (5) U17 Prep

After 16 minutes of scoreless action the two teams combined for four goals in 3:36 to close out the period as Keenan Fox and Jaggar John scored for OHA Edmonton while Xander Ramsay and Aedan McCarry (3G, 1A)聽 countered for CIHA. Zachery Hall (1G, 2A)聽 gave CIHA their first lead of the game just 15 seconds into the second period. OHA Edmonton would reply with three straight goals as Miles Hartmann, Kai Richards (1G, 1A)聽 and Logan Miller (1G, 1A)聽 all found the back of the net in a span of 4:04. McCarry brought CIHA within one heading into the third period with his second goal of the game. He would tie the game when he completed the hat-trick 8:11 into the third period. The game seemed destined for overtime until Iljas Hasuew (1G, 1A)聽 scored his third goal of the season with 1:56 left to give OHA Edmonton the 6-5 win in the back and forth game.聽

RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (4) vs Coeur d鈥橝lene Hockey Academy (2) U17

RHA Kelowna improved to 15-1-0 with a 4-2 win over CDA (1-13-0). Mason Alexander鈥檚 sixth goal of the season gave RHA Kelowna a 1-0 lead after 20. Louie Bryant scored shorthanded 1:50 into the second and Knox Vogel added his fifth of the season 2:44 later as CDA pulled ahead, looking for an upset. Maximilian Koppel (2G) tied the game 1:54 later and Colton Deschamps scored the game winning goal with 1:55 left in the period. Koppel added an insurance marker late in the third to double the RHA Kelowna lead. Griffin Jones (27/29) and Morgan Hyndman (63/67) were in net for their respective teams.聽

St. George’s School (0) vs Delta Hockey Academy Black (5) U15

After a scoreless first Aaron Fonnyadt and Bentley Gillis scored second period goals to provide Delta Black all of the offence they needed in a 5-0 win over St. George鈥檚. Josh Racic, Taegeon Park (1G, 1A)聽 and Ryder Miller (1G, 2A)聽 added third period tallies to round out the scoring. Brayden Allan (20/20) made 20 saves for the shutout victory.聽

Edge School (1) vs Northern Alberta Xtreme (2) U18 Prep

Edge School (5-2-0) led 1-0 after 20 as Keegan De Sa scored his fifth goal of the season 5:41 into the opening period. Special teams would be the difference in the second period as Jake Walker and Carter Ellsworth scored power play goals and NAX killed off all three Edge power play attempts to grab the 2-1 win. Tyler Swanson (32/33) finished with 32 saves including 12 in the third period to record the win and keep NAX (4-0-0) undefeated. Leif Oaten (35/37) was in net for Edge in the loss.聽

OHA Edmonton (9) vs Yale Hockey Academy (3) U15 Prep

After Chayse Fedoriuk opened the scoring 3:07 in, Yale鈥檚 Tony Cabelka (1G, 1A) would tie things up just over a minute later. However, OHA Edmonton would polish off the period with a commanding grip, scoring thrice before the buzzer sounded with a 4-1 lead. Kael Scott (1G, 1A) would score once more for OHA Edmonton just 22-seconds into the second. Yale pushed back with another two of their own before Brayden Tucker (3G, 2A) would score late in the frame. OHA Edmonton would pot another three in the third, including a hat-trick clinching goal from Tucker. Gavin Steeves (48/51) made 48-saves in the winning effort for OHA Edmonton.

Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (1) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (4) U15

PCHA was able to nab the initial tally in this contest thanks to Kaz Westcott, However, this lead would be short lived as Grayson Holmes would tie the match up just under five minutes later. PCHA would find themselves in penalty trouble in the second, allowing for OHA to strike on the powerplay. Ryson Barker would score on the man advantage to put OHA ahead. Shots would pile up for each team in the third but Ethan Watson (21/22) would turn aside all of PCHA鈥檚 14 SOG in the frame. Brit Thorne and Mason Liebel would add another two to OHA鈥檚 score en route to the victory. Jett Wood (3A) would record three primary assists in the 4-1 win.

Yale Hockey Academy (10) vs Coeur d鈥橝lene Hockey Academy (2) U18 Prep

Only two Yale skaters missed out on the scoresheet in their 10-2 win over Coeur d鈥橝lene. Jacob Dumansky (2G, 1A) and Eli Barrett (2G, 1A) each snagged a pair of goals while Matthew Dowdall (1G, 2A), Jayden Oleskiw (1G, 2A) and Shaun Hildbrandt (3A) marked three points each on the scoresheet. Sokratis Markarian (1G, 1A) contributed on both of CDA鈥檚 goals. Parker Kulmatycki (29/31) steered aside 29-shots in the Saturday win.聽

St. Mary鈥檚 High School (2) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (5) U15 Prep

OHA and St. Mary鈥檚 would trade goals continuously through the greater part of this matchup. Aidan James (2G) tied the match up for St. Mary鈥檚 early in the third, but following this tally OHA would find their groove and tarnish St. Mary鈥檚 momentum. Cohen Short (1G, 1A) would break the tie halfway through the third and Nathan Marques (2G, 1A) buried the eventual insurance marker shortly after. Maddox Slater (19/21) made 19-saves in the win while Nolan Nilsson (42/47) gave his team a chance with 42-saves through sixty minutes.

Indigenous Sports Academy (2) vs Calgary International Hockey Academy (4) U18 Prep

After a scoreless opening frame, Lachlan Hanton (2G) broke the tie early in the second for CIHA. ISA would show some push back after surrendering the opening tally as Lawson Gardipy and Holden Parada would score in succession to put ISA ahead in the late stages of the second. However, just 13-seconds after gaining the lead, Jack Coghlan (2G) would even things up back for CIHA. This would spark some momentum heading into the third for CIHA as they would throw 21 shots on goal in the frame, scoring another two to secure the win over ISA. Hanton would pick up the GWG while Coghlan sealed the deal with an EN.

Okanagan Hockey Academy (3) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (6) U17 Prep

Despite carrying the lead into the second, PCHA would face some challenges in the second, surrendering 21-shots to OHA while having their lead extinguished thanks to the goal scoring efforts from Trey Tourigny and Marcus Domhof. The third was their chance to make up for their lacklustre second. PCHA would pick up the shots and capitalise on their opportunities in the final twenty. Phoenix Moyer-Isram would break the tie early while Kieran Wilson would score on the powerplay to extend PCHA鈥檚 lead. Ander Reyes (46/49) would shut the door in the third, making 15-stops in the frame for a grand total of 46 on the afternoon, backing PCHA to their triumphant victory.

Lower Canada College (5) vs Bishop’s College School (7) East U17

Bishop鈥檚 consistent scoring and powerplay success ultimately led them to a hard fought victory over LCC on Saturday. Taitt Dobbin (3G, 1A) led the charge with a hat-trick and four point effort while Gavin Rusenstrom (2G, 1A) picked up a key pair of goals in the opening half of play. Dobbin would ultimately walk away with the GWG and the insurance marker as LCC had no trouble scoring either in this matchup. David Fellen (1G, 2A) would lead the scoresheet for LCC in the loss.

St. George’s School (3) vs Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy (0) U17 Prep

Wenatchee鈥檚 Keagan Bradshaw (39/42) was perfect through forty, making 31-saves on the way to the final frame. However, St. George鈥檚 would find their scoring touch in the third as Jason Gao (2G) net an early tally just 34-seconds into play. Gao would add another just over minutes later, extinguishing Wenatchee鈥檚 chance at the upset. Max Bergeron added the third for the Saints near the end of the frame. Les Toth (22/22) would ultimately pick up the shutout, making 22-saves en route to the St. George鈥檚 win.

North Shore Warriors (5) vs STAR Hockey Academy (3) U15

Despite opening the match with three unanswered goals through the first half of this contest, NSW would collapse and allow STAR back into the match with three unanswered of their own. ET Kennedy would tie things up for STAR early in the third just as their momentum was closing out. NSW would push hard in the late stages and were rewarded. Rex Norman (2G, 1A) would score twice in the matter of 20-seconds, restoring the Warrior鈥檚 lead and giving them the insurance goal as a surplus. Donovan Kuhn (27/30) picked up the win in goal for North Shore.

Ontario Hockey Academy (4/SO) vs Mount Academy (3) East U18

After a scoreless first, OHA would find their groove in the second, piling on three unanswered goals over the next period and a half with Oliver Lacko (2G) nabbing the latter two. Into the final half of the third, Mount found their stride. Nicholas Basque-Christmas (1G, 1A) got Mount on the board with less than eight minutes left. Jacob Jardine would cut the deficit to one with 2:42 left in the frame. Then in the final seconds, James Martin would find twine with only two ticks left on the clock, stealing the extra point for Mount. Overtime wouldn鈥檛 solve anything, leading this game to a shootout. Lacko would complete the makeshift hat-trick in the second round of the shootout, putting the pressure on Mount to score. In the final round, Oliver Kiraly (44/47) would stuff Basque-Christmas to redeem the win. In goal for Mount despite the loss, William Talbot (53/56) recorded a staggering 53-saves.

Okanagan Hockey Academy (2) vs Shawnigan Lake School (5) U18 Prep

Thierry Demers (1G, 1A) got Shawnigan on the board late in the first off the man advantage. Their lead was quickly doubled up off Vincent Croteau鈥檚 (1G, 2A) sixth of the season. Shawnigan would pot another three unanswered in the second, increasing their lead to 5-0 before the second ice clean. OHA would rally back with two of their own in the third on the powerplay, but it was too little too late. Liam Ryan (35/37) picked up the win in the crease with an impressive 35-save performance.

Yale Hockey Academy (3) vs Coeur d鈥橝lene Hockey Academy (1) U17 Prep

Jackson Wagner (41/44) shut down each and every one of Yale鈥檚 21 shots on goal in the first period, leaving everything scoreless after twenty. Coeur d鈥橝lene would end up potting the match鈥檚 first thanks to Carson White-Sibley. However, that lead was short lived as Seth Castronuovo would knot things back up at one off of a powerplay goal. Just over a minute later, Kessler Hauser would put Yale in front, once again off the man advantage. CDA would muster all they could going forward but couldn鈥檛 find an answer for Carson Lang (27/28). Austin Riley would net the insurance marker in the third, sealing up the eventual W for Yale.

Delta Hockey Academy (2) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (6) U17

PCHA got off to a hot start in the first, scoring just over a minute in thanks to the efforts of Rhys Wilcox netting his eighth of the campaign. PCHA would take period one up a score of 3-1. The scoring would take a hiatus in the second but would return in full force late in the third. Lukas Needham (2G, 2A) and Lincoln Arkinstall would trade goals back and forth but Needham would thwart Delta鈥檚 comeback chances with a late goal to make things 5-2. Logan MacLean (28/30) stood tall and made 28-saves in the PCHA win.

STAR Hockey Academy (2) vs Shawnigan Lake School (5) U15 Prep

Lincoln Angst got STAR on the board early, scoring his fifth goal on the day after STAR鈥檚 early morning win over Notre Dame. And despite STAR鈥檚 shooting barrage, finding the twine would not come easy for the Seattle-based squad. STAR would fire 24 SOG in the middle frame but Donagh Esler-Twiss (53/55) would turn each and everyone aside. Baden Glithero (2G, 1A)聽 would also knot things up at 1-1 before the period came to a close. Shawnigan would begin to capitalise on their chances in the third, netting four goals despite being outshot 15-12. Courtenay, BC鈥檚 Wyatt Wesner would go on to net the GWG shorthanded while Glithero added another goal and an assist in the frame. Darwin Ketch (1G, 2A) would also chip in on three of Shawnigan鈥檚 goals in the contest en route to a 5-2 victory. Esler-Twiss would make a game-changing 53-saves in the win.

Delta Hockey Academy (3) vs St. George’s School (4/OT) U18 Prep

St. George鈥檚 applied the pressure early after receiving an early powerplay as Harshaan Kaila would score on the man advantage. Emil Ahopelto (2G) would add to St. George鈥檚 tally just over two minutes later. In the second, Ahopelto would supply his second to increase St. George鈥檚 lead to three. However, Otto Spofforth would get Delta on the board in the knick of time as the second period began to wind down, giving them some life entering the second. Spofforth鈥檚 goal would serve crucial as former Saint, Jacob Schwartz (2G), would net two to even this game up at three, enough to force overtime. In OT, Delta would squeeze out a couple chances, but the puck would eventually find Amadeo Sim鈥檚 (1G, 1A) stick where he would make no mistake, burying the GWG. Medicine Hat Tigers鈥� prospect Cash Christie (39/42) would pick up the win in net for St. George鈥檚 while Ashton Thornton (39/43) put up a respectable performance in the loss.

STAR Hockey Academy (1) vs BWC Academy (2/OT) U17 Prep

It took over thirty minutes for this match to find its first goal and Tyler Gillespie would be the beneficiary, putting STAR up by one before the start of the third period. In the final frame, BWC Academy was throwing everything they could at STAR goaltender Daniel Jr. Peebles (38/40) but were unable to find an answer to beat the Roy, WA native. However, in the final stages of the period Ayden Saran was able to sneak one past Peebles, eventually forcing overtime. In the extra frame, against the grain of this low scoring game, Oleksii Zhekov would score only 18-seconds in, sealing the comeback win for BWC Academy. Josh Wu (25/26) picked up 25-saves in the win from behind.

North Shore Warriors (3) vs BWC Academy (4) U17

Wesley Morrison put NSW up early off of a feed from James Koch, but the lead was short lived as Leonardo Lee (1G, 2A) was able to tie things up for BWC Academy before the end of the frame. In the second, BWC Academy found their groove and poured on three unanswered to close out the frame. NSW would push back hard in the second as Kayden Runstedler and Noah Russo got them back within one. However, NSW would come one shy of forcing overtime and the potential comeback. Tyce Kinsey (31/34) kept BWC Academy alive with a 31-save performance.聽

Okanagan Hockey Academy (3) vs North Shore Warriors (4) Female U18 Prep

After trading goals back and forth in the opening two frames, the game was left wide open for anyone in a thrilling third. NSW would be granted an opportunity on the powerplay where they would make no mistake as Lily Zohner netted her fourth of the season to put North Shore ahead. Later in the frame, Knyla Evans (1G, 1A) would nab the eventual game winner as OHA made a run after a late goal from Grace Littler (1G, 1A). Thus closing off our Saturday with a win for the North Vancouver, BC squad.

A shorthanded goal by Nathaniel St. Pierre Maltais (2G) gave Mount a 1-0 lead 5:29 into the game. Tanner Swirla (3G) tied the game 10 minutes later and then scored the lone second period goal, on the power play, to put OHO ahead going into the final 20. Alexander Grezlovski scored 2:14 into the third and Swirla added his second 20 seconds later as OHO took a 4-1 lead. St. Pierre Maltais would score a power play goal midway through the third but Logan Cucan (29/31) finished with 29 saves, including 14 in the third, to secure the 4-2 Okanagan Hockey Ontario victory.聽

Edge School (3) vs St. Mary’s Academy (0) Female U18 Prep

A 30 save shutout performance from Jenna Ring (30/30) gave Edge School a 3-0 win over St. Mary鈥檚. After a scoreless first Abby Lee scored the game winning goal 11:21 into the second period. Olivia Imperato (1G, 1A) scored 11 seconds into the third and Brooklyn Deck added her third of the season 4:20 later. Sasha Coutu (29/32) made 29 saves in the loss.聽

South Alberta Hockey Academy (2) vs Balmoral Hall School (3/SO) Female U18 Prep

Keyana Bert scored 2:29 into the game as SAHA led after 20. Maddie Kaiser tied the game on the power play 12:49 into the second with her seventh goal of the year. Emma Power would score in the fifth round and Lauren Cherkas (44/46) stopped four of five SAHA shooters to give Balmoral the 3-2 win. Hannah Palumbo (21/23) made 21 saves in the loss.聽

Ontario Hockey Academy (2) vs Fairmont Hockey (4) Eastern U18

Lance McCloskey (1G, 1A) scored his third goal of the weekend 3:10 into the game to give his team a 1-0 lead. OHA would tie the game on the power play when netminder Oliver Kiraly (37/41, 1A) sprung Jeremy St. Louis (1G, 1A) for a breakaway where he made no mistake on the move to his backhand. Danny Kananga gave OHA their first lead 10:13 into the second but Brody Stager replied just 1:02 later for Fairmont. Timothy Greenleaf would bury a rebound 2:53 into the third to put Fairmont ahead and Jonathan Gomez scored a power play goal less than three minutes later to add an insurance marker. Beckham Brossard (26/28) made 26 saves while Cole Bieksa (3A), son of former NHLer Kevin, added three assists for Fairmont in the win.聽

RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (13) vs Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy (2) U17 Prep

Joshua Johnstone (3G, 2A) recorded a hat-trick and Logan Lanti (1G, 4A) added five points to tie for the team lead as RHA Kelowna defeated Wenatchee 13-2. Every single RHA Kelowna skater recorded at least one point in the win while Kai Ebert (17/19) made 17 saves in net. Dylan Hadley and Camden Masterson scored for Wenatchee in the loss.聽

Edge School (10) vs Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (0) U15 Prep

Edge outshot Pilot Mound 61-10 en route to a 10-0 win Sunday. Keagan Grant (2G), Remy Koch (2G) and Ellis Martschuk (2G, 2A) all scored twice while defenseman Ethan Parkinson (5A) led all skaters with five points. Kaidyn Thomas (10/10) and Gavin Hildebrand (51/61) were in net for their respective teams.聽

Edge School (5) vs Prairie Hockey Academy (8) U17 Prep

Jamie Kirwan (1G, 1A) scored 5-on-5, Seamus Dillon shorthanded, and Nixon Friesen (1G, 1A) on the power play as Prairie grabbed a 3-0 lead in the first period. Chase McNamara (1G, 1A) would counter 1:04 later with a power play goal of his own for Edge. Liam Lacey (2G) and Andrew Ragusa tied the game just 4:19 into the second but goals from Ramsey Thompson and Kade Kahovec put Prairie ahead going into the third. Thompson would score his second power play goal of the game to extend the lead midway through the third. Kyle Oakenfold (1G, 1A) and Ethan Unger (1G, 1A) traded goals 15 seconds apart before Lacey and Hogan Hickman (1G, 2A) swapped goals in the final two minutes.聽

Northern Alberta Xtreme (3) vs Calgary International Hockey Academy (4) U17 Prep

William Matte (2G) scored the lone first period goal and found the back of the net early in the second as CIHA led 2-0. Bronsyn Mouille and Emmett Jones scored 57 seconds apart just minutes later to tie the game heading into the third. Tyrie Ehrenberg (1G, 1A) gave NAX their first lead 7:52 into the third but Declan Cardiff and Aedan McCarry scored 3:13 apart to put CIHA on top in a 4-3 win. Braxton Gibson (23/26) made 23 saves to earn the win.聽

Delta Hockey Academy Green (1) vs RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (3) Female U18 Prep

Molly Cole scored the lone Delta Green goal 12:50 into the opening period. Linnea Misner tied the game with the only goal of the second period. Anezka Cabelova scored 35 seconds into the third and Emery Twardochleb extended the advantage 3:26 later. Ava Drabyk (17/18) made five third period saves as RHA Kelowna held on for the 3-1 win. Maisie Cope (30/33) made 30 saves in net for Delta Green in the loss.聽

OHA Edmonton (3) vs South Alberta Hockey Academy (6) U17 Prep

SAHA led 2-1 after 20 as Karter Kurpjuweit (2G) and Noah Alexander (1G, 1A) each scored while Keenan Fox replied for OHA Edmonton. Jevyn Singh (1G, 1A) scored the lone second period goal to even the score going into the final 20. A power play goal by Liam Green put SAHA ahead though Cash Brebant countered minutes later for OHA Edmonton. Tied 3-3, SAHA would score 3 goals in the final 4:36 as Carson Ward scored the game winner and Kutcher Aquila and Kurpjuweit added insurance markers.聽

North Shore Warriors (2) vs Coeur d鈥橝lene Hockey Academy (1) U17

After a scoreless first 20 Noah Russo scored his sixth of the season midway through the second to give North Shore the lead heading into the third. Will Given tied the game with a power play marker but Rock Oosterveld scored six minutes later and Erik Blair (19/20) made 19 saves as North Shore grabbed a 2-1 win. Morgan Hyndman (42/44) made 42 saves in the loss.聽

Kuper Academy (8) vs CIH Academy (1) Eastern U17

Kareem Baig-Mirza (3G, 2A) and Michel Paliotti (3G, 3A) paced the Kuper offence in an 8-1 win over CIH Academy. Donato Padula (30/31) made 30 saves while Luca Guadagnino and Dimitri Tsimberis (1G, 1A) scored the other Kuper goals. Kenshin Saito scored the lone CIH Academy goal in the loss.聽

Shawnigan Lake School (1) vs STAR Hockey Academy (5) U15 Prep

Goals from Zakhar Kovalenko and Levi Ellingsen (1G, 1A) put STAR ahead after 20. Dylan Gale added a power play marker for the lone goal of the second period. Braxton Baker (1G, 1A) scored a power play goal 51 seconds into the third before Cole Van Oene broke the Erik Sims (23/24) shutout bid with 12 minutes remaining. Daniel Makovetskiy (1G, 1A) added a late goal for STAR to round out the scoring.聽

Coeur d鈥橝lene Hockey Academy (1) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (6) U18 Prep

Eli Tverdovsky opened the scoring 3:03 in and Cohen Williams (1G, 1A) extended the lead midway through the period. Caden Stoltz would get CDA on the board and within one going into the second with a goal 1:25 after Williams. Caleb Bedard and Tucker Robertson (2G, 1A) would score in the second while Robertson and Charlie Grant found the back of the net as OHA scored four unanswered en route to a 6-1 win. Chayse Johnson (29/30) made 29 saves for the win while Bennett Byers (46/52) faced 52 shots in the loss.聽

RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (6) vs Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy (3) U18 Prep

Benjamin Bowtell (1G, 2A)聽 and Dominik Silbernagel scored 5:11 apart to put RHA Kelowna ahead in the first. Cameron Kimmerly (3G) got Wenatchee on the board a few minutes later but Mathis Paull (2G, 2A)聽 quickly countered 1:01 later with a short handed marker. Paull would score the lone second period goal and Aidan Fisher and Luke Silvernagle scored third period goals to give RHA Kelowna a commanding 6-1 lead. Kimmerly would give RHA Kelowna a late scare as he scored twice in the final four minutes to complete the hat-trick but ultimately his individual efforts weren鈥檛 enough.聽

Northern Alberta Xtreme (5) vs Edge School (2) U17

Edge outshot NAX 43-26 but it was NAX who came out on top 5-2 thanks to a 41 save effort from Lenox Alanen (41/43). Jacob Collins (2G, 1A) and Rylan Saunders traded first period goals before Kegan Power and Collins put NAX ahead midway through the second. Darius Odermatt brought Edge within one late in the second but Cassius McDonald and Seth Kshyk (1G, 1A) scored third period markers to give NAX the win.聽

Northern Alberta Xtreme (8) vs Notre Dame (1) U15 Prep

Brady Ondrus (3G) and Easton Arndt (1G, 2A) and Riley Brown (1G, 2A) each added three points. Defenseman Liam Bird scored the lone goal for Notre Dame, beating Karter Gibson (18/19) with 9:20 left to end the shutout bid.聽

Yale Hockey Academy (3) vs Delta Hockey Academy (7) U17 Prep

Luke Anderson scored just 34 seconds in and Caden Leibel (2G, 2A) added a goal of his own less than a minute later as Delta stormed out the gate to a 2-0 lead 1:26 in. Gavin Selinger (2G) scored 2:15 later for Yale but Leibel responded 1:01 later. Selinger聽 brought Yale back within one but Delta quickly responded again, this time Jack Morgan 20 seconds later. Cortland LeMieux extended the lead 1:21 in on the power play before Seth Catronuovo (1G, 1A) and Luke Anderson (2G, 2A) traded goals to close out the period. Wyatt Callander (1G, 3A) scored the lone third period goal to round out the scoring.聽

North Shore Warriors (3) vs Shawnigan Lake School (2) U18 Prep

A power play goal by Vincent Croteau 4:59 in gave Shawnigan the initial lead but Matteo Paradiso countered 24 seconds later. Koen Gauthier restored the Shawnigan lead 2:35 later with his second of the season. Ashton Beriana and Dominic Seminoff scored 57 seconds apart late in the period to put North Shore ahead. Georgi Milanov (37/39) and Will Stonehouse (46/49) would keep clean sheets through the final 40 resulting in a 3-2 North Shore win.聽

STAR Hockey Academy (7) vs North Shore Warriors (5) U17 Prep

In a high scoring affair, STAR Hockey Academy would get the early jump, going up as high as 5-2 in the early stages of the second. Chase Vossenaar (3G) would trim down STAR鈥檚 lead with a pair of goals in the latter half of the middle frame but a pair from Aleks Ostrovskyy (2G) would keep STAR in front. Vossenaar would complete his hat-trick in the third but it was not enough to surmount STAR. Each goaltender faced 50 or more shots with Sam Trnecka (45/50) coming out on top with a 45-save performance in the win.

Edge School (6) vs OHA Edmonton (2) U18 Prep

Scoring a pair in the first period, AJ Tarnowski (2G, 1A) laid the groundwork for Edge. Mirco Dufour would add another in the second to increase Edge School鈥檚 lead to 4-0 before Calum Giese stopped the bleeding late in the frame. However, Edge would go on to pot another deuce to ensure their victory. Ryley Budd (33/35) picked up the win in goal, making a grand total of 33-saves.

South Alberta Hockey Academy (3) vs Northern Alberta Xtreme (6) U18 Prep

A busy first period saw NAX run away with a 4-2 lead through twenty. Scoring would pause in the second before picking up once again in the third where NAX鈥檚 Gavin Harrison (2G) would net the backbreaker early into the frame. Nolan Phare would quickly follow and add one more to NAX鈥橲 lead. SAHA would push hard, piling on 17-shots in the third but would only come away with one more tally. In the end, NAX鈥檚 Nate Stevens (46/49) made a remarkable 46-saves in the W.

Notre Dame (4) vs Indigenous Sports Academy (7) U17 Prep

Jace Boman (2G, 2A) would ignite the scoring for Notre Dame in this contest but a late three goal burst from ISA late in the first would spin the odds into their favour, scoring thrice in only 2:13, including a buzzer beater from Owen Sinclair (2G). Trigger Two Guns (2G) would add another in the second for ISA before each team would go tic-for-tac in the third, scoring three goals a piece. Two Guns and Sinclair each skated off with a pair of goals for ISA while Boman chipped in on each of Notre Dame鈥檚 goals.

BWC Academy (1) vs RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (2/OT) U17

With an early tally in the first, Bradley Keightley got RHA Kelowna on the board with his fourth of the season. Scoring would take a hiatus in the second, with Liam Kellett (40/42) and William Stewart (27/28) picking up 8 and 10-saves respectively. It wasn鈥檛 until the late stages of the third with the goalie pulled did Jaxen McFegan round up the game at 1-1 with 2:49 left on the clock. In overtime, Stewart would make four key saves before Nixon Whieldon netted the game winner, sealing up RHA Kelowna鈥檚 weekend in the win column.

Yale Hockey Academy (2) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (5) U18 Prep

Ilija Majkic (1G, 1A) granted Yale the early lead with a powerplay goal in the first, but a buzzer beater from PCHA鈥檚 Trace Anderson (2G, 2A) gave Yale something to think about heading into the dressing room. Anderson would add another in the second for PCHA to give them their first lead of the contest. Into the final frame, Jed Lake (2G) would boost PCHA鈥檚 lead to three after netting a pair, eventually turning into the GWG and the insurance marker in a Sunday win. Sam Saskiw (36/38) would backstop PCHA to the win, making 36-saves in the process for their fourth win of the campaign.

North Shore Warriors (7) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy Black (3) Female U18 Prep

Kamloops, BC defender Jaylah Bottle (2G, 1A) provided the game changing offence from the blueline for North Shore, potting two and securing three-points en route to victory. Kaida Okamura (1G, 2A) would also supply three points in the win while Haylie Hedges (19/22) clinched her fifth consecutive victory as a starter with NSW.

OHA Edmonton (9) vs RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (2) U15 Prep

After surrendering a powerplay and a shorthanded goal to RHA Winnipeg in quick succession, OHA Edmonton would bounce back and take the lead before the end of the first. From this point on, OHA Edmonton wouldn鈥檛 look back, scoring six unanswered to polish off their weekend in Wilcox, SK. Sutton Hodgetts (2G, 2A) and Chayse Fedoriuk secured four-points a piece while 2011-born forward Micah Montgomery (1G, 2A) snatched up three-points.

BWC Academy (4) vs Shawnigan Lake School (2) U17 Prep

Kayden Pratt opened the scoring for BWC Academy in the first. This lead would increase in the second after Ayden Saran and Ryan Fox (2G) nabbed another two. Shawnigan would show some life in the second as Samuel Wilson (2G) potted two. With the empty net, Shawnigan would continue to push but would surrender an EN goal to Fox. Jeevin Sandhu (26/28) picked up the win in the crease, making 26-saves in the win.聽

RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (2) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (4) U15 Prep

Bronson Lamontagne (2G) netted the first goal of the match for RHA Kelowna but a quick response late in the frame from OHA put them in front. Ryder Young (1G, 1A) would add to OHA鈥檚 lead in the second for the eventual game winner while Talon Scinocca (1G, 2A) added the insurance marker in the third. Maddox Slater (25/27) picked up the win in the goalmouth while Gunner Podollan (38/42) made 38-saves for RHA Kelowna in the loss.

Prairie Hockey Academy (5) vs Notre Dame (3) U18 Prep

Coming off of a six-point performance, Henry Thunderblanket (1G, 1A) potted PHA鈥檚 first goal of the afternoon. PHA would build off this initial tally with two more early goals from Noah Kelly and Grant Giliege. Notre Dame would sneak in two over the next portion of the contest, but Benson Hirst (1G, 1A) would supply a late goal in the second that would go on to be the game winner. Notre Dame鈥檚 Jack Hunter (63/68) still made a remarkable total of 63-saves on the afternoon.

Jace Hynes (3G) gave Mount the lead just 1:16 in but the game was tied heading into the first after Jonathan Benchlouch (1G, 2A) scored his first of the season. A shorthanded goal by Touwa Omi midway through the second gave OHA a lead going into the third. Teo Lamarche (2G, 1A) gave OHA some breathing room early in the third with his first of the season. Hynes would bring Mount within one late in the period but Lamarche responded less than two minutes later. Hynes would complete the hat-trick just 11 seconds later as Mount attempted the comeback, but ultimately they fell short as Isaac Hachey (43/47) made 43 saves for the win.聽

Fairmont Hockey (7) vs CIH Academy (3) Eastern U18

John McDaniel and Owen Parks (1G, 1A) scored 19 seconds apart early in the first to give Fairmont a 2-0 lead. Taige Soneji (2G) would get one back for CIH Academy heading into the second. Brady Witkin (2G) restored the two goal cushion but Nikita Marinin and Soneji quickly responded for CIH Academy to even the score. Ethan Gobel (1G, 1A) scored the eventual game winner with 21 seconds left in the middle frame while Witkin, Alexander Raskin and Liam Roe-Kozorovitsky added third period goals as Fairmont pulled away for the 7-3 win.聽

Fort Erie International Academy (1) vs Stanstead College (6) Eastern U17

Fort Erie grabbed a first period lead 6:39 in as Thomas Harvey scored his fifth goal of the season. Stanstead would respond with six unanswered to secure the victory despite trailing for the first 24 minutes. Matej Dobos (1G, 3A) tied the game before Elijah Arrigo scored the game winning goal seven minutes later midway through the second. Emanuel Ganz (1G, 1A) added a Stanstead goal with 59 seconds left in the period. Parker Banks, Alexis Lavoie and Liam Armit (1G, 1A) scored third period goals. Jonas Murrer (21/22) made 21 saves to earn the win.聽

Fort Erie International Academy (1) vs Bourget College (11) Eastern U18

Bourget outshot Fort Erie 68-31 en route to an 11-1 win Saturday. Albert Genest (2G, 2A) and Keifer Pion-Robin (2G, 1A) each scored twice while Gabriel Giroux (1G, 3A) and Eliott Guevin (3A) had three assists. Roey Vered (30/31) made 30 saves in the win, with聽 Max Schippers scoring the lone Fort Erie goal early in the third.聽

Northern Alberta Xtreme (8) vs Prairie Hockey Academy (1) U15

Malakai Andrews (2G) and Easton Mattersdorfer (2G) each scored twice while defensemen Logan Schoettler (3A) and Everett Vanderhengel (1G, 2A) led all skaters with three points as NAX defeated Prairie 8-1. Tristan Reimer scored the lone Prairie goal, beating Zayden Maclean (23/24) 2:03 into the third period.聽

St. George’s School (5) vs Delta Hockey Academy (3) U18 Prep

Tyson Schamehorn (1G, 1A) scored a power play goal 2:18 in to give Delta the early lead. Charlie Weaver (1G, 1A) tied the game late in the first with his third goal of the season. Alexander Laing restored the lead six minutes into the second but St. George鈥檚 led 3-2 after 40 as Eddy Spytz and Minsuk Hou scored late in the period. Amadeo Sim and Nicholas Campbell traded goals early in the third as it remained a one goal game. Harshaan Kaila would clinch the St. George鈥檚 victory with 36 seconds left when he scored an empty net goal, his first goal of the season. Defenseman Brock Cripps (3A) led all skaters with three points.聽

Bishop’s College School (4) vs Kuper Academy (1) Eastern U17

Michael Paliotti scored the lone first period goal as Kuper led 1-0 heading into the third. Henry Bassuk (1G, 1A) tied the game 31 seconds into the third with a shorthanded goal. Grady Cohen scored his second goal of the season and Bishop鈥檚 second of the game to put his team ahead with 6:20 remaining. Gavin Rusenstrom added an insurance marker and Brandon Fuicelli (1G, 1A) added a late empty netter to secure the come-from-behind victory. Tyler Fuicelli (31/32) made 31 saves for the win.聽

Bishop’s College School (4) vs Ontario Hockey Academy (3) Eastern U18

A first period goal by Elie Champagne gave Bishop鈥檚 the lead heading into the second. Simon Picard extended the lead 13:49 into the second before Jeremy St. Louis (1G, 1A) scored shorthanded to get OHA on the board. Oliver Lacko tied the game 2:24 into the third period with his first tally of the season. David Szabo and Sebastian Erkenbolling traded goals within the first 10 minutes of the third to keep the game tied. The game looked destined for overtime until Jan Labasta found the back of the net for Bishop鈥檚 with 3:54 remaining. Timofey Williams (33/36) and Rafael Tremblay (52/56) were in net for their respective teams.聽

RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (8) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (3) U17

RHA Kelowna led 2-1 after 20 on goals from Zander Zorn and Maximilian Koppel (1G, 4A), while Kaelen Rusjan (1G, 1A) countered for PCHA. It was still a one goal game heading into the third as Bennett Macek and Aiden Andrews (1G, 3A) scored in the second for RHA Kelowna while Owen Hyde (1G, 1A) and Collin Lee countered for PCHA. RHA Kelowna would take over in the third as Kesler Hamilton (3G, 2A) scored twice in a span of 31 seconds before adding a hat-trick goal later in the period. Fabian Kotschan added a late power play marker to round out the scoring.聽

RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (12) vs Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy (1) U17 Prep

Rhett Tubello (3G) recorded a hat-trick while defenseman Riley Kennedy (1G, 3A) led all skaters with four points as RHA Kelowna defeated Wenatchee 12-1. Porter Rossi (2G, 1A) added three points and Asher Netherton (22/23) made 22 saves for the win. Torrin Cotter scored the lone Wenatchee goal.聽

RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (0) vs Edge School (7) U15 Prep

Kaidyn Thomas (13/13) made 13 saves to pick-up his second shutout and win of the 2024/25 season. Defenseman Easton Perzylo (1G, 3A) led all skaters with four points while Keagan Grant (2G) scored twice. DJ Mecase (53/60) faced 60 shots in the loss.聽

Edge School (2) vs Balmoral Hall School (5) Female U18 Prep

Balmoral Hall led 2-1 after 20 as Makenna Williment (1G, 1A) and Emma Power scored their sixth and third goals of the season. Samantha Baker countered in the first with her fourth of the year. September Player of the Month Maddie Kaiser (1G, 2A) extended the lead early in the second with Madeline McKay (1G, 2A) and Darby Amundson adding goals of their own. Avaya McCann scored the lone third period goal as Balmoral held on for the 5-2 win. Mimi Ferreira (30/32) made 30 saves to record the win.聽

Okanagan Hockey Ontario (0) vs A21 Biosteel Sports Academy (2) Eastern U17

A 30 save shutout by Tomas Kniaziew (30/30) gave Biosteel a 2-0 win over OHO. The two teams were scoreless through the first 40 minutes until Raiden Doxtator beat Ben Grant (71/73) 38 seconds into the third. Santiago Jimenes scored midway through the third to add an insurance marker as Biosteel skated to the 2-0 win.聽

Okanagan Hockey Ontario (5) vs Mount Academy (3) Eastern U18

Bryson Robinson (2G) opened the scoring 4:27 in for Mount but Parker Fergusson (1G, 1A) replied for OHO exactly one minute later. Eric Hartwig and Tom Boudet (2G) scored back-to-back goals to put OHO ahead midway through the game. Robinson scored his second of the game to bring Mount within one but Boudet restored the two goal cushion 19 seconds later. Jeremy Clark (1G, 3A) would score a power play goal early in the third while Jacob Jardine countered with a power play goal of his own late in the game to round out the scoresheet. Drew Osinga (30/33) and Cedrick Provencher (42/47) were in net for OHO and Mount.聽

South Alberta Hockey Academy (3) vs Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (2) Female U18 Prep

SAHA outshot Pilot Mound 63-14 in what turned out to be a 3-2 win. Kamryn Reiber (2G, 1A) scored late in both the first and second period to give SAHA a 2-0 lead. Logan Sullivan got Pilot Mound on the board late in the second and Sheigh Siemens tied the game with nine minutes to play. Sophie Erlam (1G, 2A) would beat Rehn Hall (60/63) with 5:22 remaining to give SAHA the 3-2 victory.聽

Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (1) vs Northern Alberta Xtreme (14) U15 Prep

Easton Arndt (1G, 3A) and Brock Vodden traded first period goals before NAX scored 13 unanswered en route to a 14-1 win. Teagen Bouchard (5A) and Ahmad Fayad (3G, 2A) led all skaters with five points in the win for NAX. Riley Brown (3A) and Cruz Jim (3A) chipped in with three assists each.聽

RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (2) vs Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy (3/SO) U18 Prep

RHA Kelowna led 1-0 after 20 as Luke Silvernagle scored 9:36 into the game. Bode Drew tied the game with one second remaining in the second, scoring his first of the season. Nick Roy scored shorthanded to give Wenatchee their first lead of the game 6:22 into the third. Dominik Silbernagel tied the game midway through the third to force OT. After overtime solved nothing, Cameron Kimmerly and Gregor Ermellini each scored in the shootout while Nathaniel Madrigal (37/39) stopped both RHA Kelowna shooters to give Wenatchee the 3-2 win.聽

Northern Alberta Xtreme (1) vs Edge School (7) U17

Edge took a commanding 4-0 lead heading into the second on goals from Darius Odermatt (1G, 3A), Trent Caines (2G), and Winston Chicilo. Seth Kshyk scored the lone second period goal to get NAX on the board with eight seconds left in the frame. But Jacob Kuntz (1G, 2A) would score a power play goal while Rylan Saunders (1G, 2A) and Henry Doucette added even strength tallied as part of a three goal period for Edge in an eventual 7-1 win. Mikai Mast (29/30) made 29 saves for the win.聽聽

South Alberta Hockey Academy (2) vs OHA Edmonton (6) U18 Prep

Red Deer Rebels prospect, Nolan Schmidt (2G, 2A) would put OHA Edmonton on the scoresheet first but would be promptly followed by a quick pair from SAHA鈥檚 Cole Fisher and Garrison Peck. Schmidt would pot another on the powerplay at the latter end of the first, foreshadowing OHA Edmonton鈥檚 special teams success further into the match. OHA Edmonton would strike thrice in the second, including two powerplay markers. Schmidt led the way with a four-point afternoon while Josh McKague (1G, 2A) etched in three of his own. Parker Snell (39/41) played a big role in OHA Edmonton鈥檚 victory too, stacking up 39-saves and helping fend off eight SAHA powerplays.

Northern Alberta Xtreme (3) vs Calgary International Hockey Academy (5) U17 Prep

NAX would acquire the lead after one but would fail to build off of it in the second, allowing CIHA鈥檚 Moses Larribeau to tie things up before the final twenty. Just 16-seconds into the third, Chad Clark would give CIHA their first lead of the game, however Tyrie Ehrenberg would tie things back up just 33-seconds later. CIHA wouldn鈥檛 let NAX鈥檚 response discourage them as they would go on to net another pair of goals before the halfway point of the frame. Aedan McCarry (1G, 1A) would skate away with the GWG while Ethan Mann (27/30) picked up the win in the blue paint.

Lower Canada College (9) vs CIH Academy (1) Eastern U17

LCC laid out the artillery in their Saturday matchup with CIH, firing 74-shots on goal through sixty. Lukas Royko (3G, 1A) led the charge, nabbing a hat-trick in the process while Tristan Mancini-Kozel (2G, 1A) and Matthew D鈥橴rso (1G, 2A) picked up three-points each. Saif Alexander-Pardhan scored the lone goal for CIH.

King Heights Academy (7) vs King’s Edgehill School (2) Eastern U18

In a royal showdown between the two majesties, King Heights continued their offensive prowess carried over from Friday, going off for three unanswered goals to headline the first. Grady Betts and Izaac Brosseau would garner two goals for King鈥檚 Edgehill in the second, cutting their deficit to two entering the third. However, King Heights would resume their offence in the third, burying another three to put a cap on Saturday鈥檚 event. Zakhar Puzriakov (3G, 1A) netted a hat-trick while Vytas Lenkutis (2G, 1A) added a pair of his own. Jack Taraborrelli (38/40) also steered aside an impressive 38-shots in the win.

Coeur d鈥橝lene Hockey Academy (3) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (7) U18 Prep

A four-goal first period put this game out of reach for CDA from the get go. Cohen Handby (1G, 3A) led the scoresheet for OHA with a four-point effort while the Tverdovsky brothers Eli (1G, 1A) and Daniel (1G, 1A) picked up two points each. Ben Hakes (31/34) made 31-stops in goal to seal up the win for OHA.

OHA Edmonton (3) vs South Alberta Hockey Academy (2) U17 Prep

Two goals through forty from Jevyn Singh Gill (1G, 1A) and Zackary Nieckar put OHA Edmonton up by a pair. SAHA would push quickly in the third after Liam Green supplied a shorthanded goal to cut the lead in half. Later in the frame, OHA Edmonton鈥檚 Kai Richards would restore OHA Edmonton鈥檚 two goal cushion before Matthew Cameron-Skidmore scored shorthanded once again for SAHA. That would be the last shot to get past Aidan Prosser (28/30) and he鈥檇 turn aside the rest of SAHA鈥檚 opportunities, backing OHA Edmonton to a Saturday victory.

Shawnigan Lake School (2) vs STAR Hockey Academy (4) U15 Prep

Daniel Makovetskiy (1G, 1A) got the ball rolling for STAR in the first with a powerplay tally. Shawnigan鈥檚 Darwin Ketch would make things even in the second until a shorthanded marker from Lincoln Angst restored the lead. In the third, Braxton Baker (1G, 1A) would net the eventual game winner. Shawnigan would make a late push but it was too little too late.

St. George’s School (3) vs Shawnigan Lake School (0) U17 Prep

Aaron Castro opened the scoring once again for the Saints, laying the groundwork early on. Holden Tuttle and Byron Chin would go on to supply the two insurance markers later in the match as Shawnigan couldn鈥檛 find twine in this event. Les Toth (25/25) picked up his fourth consecutive win in goal with his first shutout of the season.聽

Notre Dame (3) vs OHA Edmonton (4) U15 Prep

After netting three unanswered goals in the first period, OHA Edmonton established some breathing room heading forwards in this contest. However, Notre Dame鈥檚 Duke Lesnar (2G) would score with 13-seconds left on the clock to give OHA Edmonton something to think about at intermission. In the second, Jack Carter would net a shorty to further cut Notre Dame鈥檚 deficit. Notre Dame would press in the third but a tally from Kael Scott would re-establish that two goal cushion. Lesnar would bury another one late for Notre Dame but would fail to bring things back to even.

Ulysse Academie (8) vs A21 Biosteel Sports Academy (2) Eastern U18

Ulysse comfortably steered themselves into the victory column on Saturday with a steady win over the A21 Biosteel Sports Academy. Ezekiel Lambert (1G, 4A) led the way with a five-point performance while Zack Bernique (2G, 1A) netted a pair and three-points. Leonidas Barkoulas (25/27) picked up 25-saves in the victory.

North Shore Warriors (0) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (5) Female U18 Prep

OHA picked up their third shutout of the young season thanks to a steady performance from Maive Gosselin-Berg (8/8). On the offensive front, OHA鈥檚 powerplay would go 3/4 as Sophia Makokis (1G, 1A), Tiani Makokis (1G, 2A) and Madison Deschamps (1G, 1A) all registered goals on the man-advantage. Mackenzie Ayou (41/46) made 41-saves in the loss.

North Shore Warriors (2) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (10) U18 Prep

Things remained close throughout the first period of play until a buzzer beater from PCHA鈥檚 Sullivan Humeniuk (1G, 1A) gifted them the one goal lead into intermission. PCHA would build off this in the second, netting another pair of goals to further extend their lead. Entering the third, PCHA鈥檚 offence would explode for another six unanswered goals to reach double digits. Only one skater was left off the scoresheet for PCHA while Elliot Hill (2G, 2A) stood at the top with a four-point affair. Liam Russell (21/23) would stop 21-shots in the dominant victory over NSW.

St. George’s School (9) vs BWC Academy (3) U15 Prep

After posting a four-goal game last weekend, Louis Oscar Holowaychuk (6G, 1A) somehow managed to up his previous performance, netting an astounding six-goals vs. BWC Academy on Saturday night. Holowaychuk now stands at the division lead in goals with 11 after this dominant performance. On the other note, Tarik Lammam (1G, 2A) and Adam Benn (1G, 2A) would each produce three-point contests while Kole Andersov (39/42) posted an immense 39-saves in the win as well.聽

Yale Hockey Academy (5) vs Shawnigan Lake School (7) U18 Prep

Yale and Shawnigan would go tic for tac through forty in this matchup, eventually being tied 4-4 into the third. Shawnigan would net the first of the frame off the stick of Easton Sangris (1G, 1A) however was quickly matched by Yale鈥檚 Carter Bylycia. It wasn鈥檛 until Ryan Turner鈥檚 unassisted tally where Shawnigan was finally able to create some separation, holding on to that lead until Weston Ebrahim was able to net the insurance marker with 23-seconds left on the clock. Shawnigan would claim the win, improving their regular season record to 3-2-0.

Edge School (2) vs Notre Dame (5) U17 Prep

Notre Dame鈥檚 special teams were the catalyst to their triumphant win over Edge School Saturday night. Despite surrendering the first goal of the game 27-seconds into Edge鈥檚 James Matheos, Notre Dame clawed back with two powerplay goals courtesy of Sebastian Eshelbrenner and Jace Boman (2G). Antonio Cazac would get one back for Edge in the second but once again another powerplay marker from Notre Dame would restore the Hound鈥檚 two goal cushion. Notre Dame would exit the third with an extra two tallies, ensuring their victory over Edge. Jessy Cormier (41/43) played a massive part in the Hounds W, steering aside 41-shots for his first win of the campaign.聽

Notre Dame (1) vs Prairie Hockey Academy (8) U18 Prep

Prairie鈥檚 powerplay would go an efficient 5/7 in their large win over Notre Dame. Benson Hirst (2G) would net two of PHA鈥檚 PP goals while Henry Thunderblanket (1G, 5A) posted an immense six-point night with five assists to his name. Cameron Beisal (15/16) picked up the win in goal for PHA.

Delta Hockey Academy Green (1) vs RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (3) Female U18 Prep

Heated rivals Delta Green and RHA Kelowna both came into Saturday鈥檚 matchup with perfect records. RHA Kelowna would strike first in the opening frame with two thanks to the efforts of Haylie McDonald and Emelia McDermid. The scoring would take a hiatus in the second but the third saw Delta Green hit the scoresheet after Molly Cole netted her fifth of the campaign. However, RHA Kelowna would follow up late in the frame after Callie Rice netted the insurance marker. Despite the loss, Jillian Matthews (40/43) racked up 40-saves. On the other end, Jaya Schippel (23/24) steered aside 23-shots, backing RHA Kelowna to the W, securing their perfect record in the young season.

North Shore Warriors (7) vs Coeur d鈥橝lene Hockey Academy (1) U17

North Shore鈥檚 special teams were firing on all cylinders, snatching two powerplay goals and a shorty in their matchup with Coeur d鈥橝lene. Kayden Runstedler (1G, 3A) led the charge with a four-point showing while Noah Russo (1G, 2A) showed support with a three-point outing. Kellen Ceraldi (33/34) also stood on his head for 33-stops. Adam Pflugrath-Davis picked up the lone goal in Saturday鈥檚 loss for CDA.

BWC Academy (1) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (6) U17

BWC Academy鈥檚 Carter Langton tied things up after surrendering one early to OHA, but that would be the only time they would strike the scoresheet Saturday evening. OHA would go on to score another five unanswered goals throughout the rest of the match. In the end, Jaxson Bartsch (3G, 1A) would net a hatrick for OHA while Kaden Ebbett (1G, 1A) picked up the GWG. Tyson Kuiack (17/18) backed the win in goal for OHA.

Yale Hockey Academy (8) vs North Shore Warriors (0) U15 Prep

After a scoreless first, Yale would explode for five straight powerplay goals, going a total of 5/7 on the evening. Nicholas Voinea (2G, 2A) led the pack with four-points while Parker McMillan (2G, 1A) and Tanner Massey (1G, 2A) chipped in for three. Yale would pile an absurd 81-shots on goal, NSW鈥檚 Ashton Sims (73/81) would turn away 73 of those. Gavin Craig (18/18) continues his stellar start in goal, securing his second shutout of the season and improving his personal record to 4-0-0 while in the crease.

Raiden Doxtator (2G) and Bailey Best (5G) scored first period goals as A21 led 2-0 after 20. Elliott Sullivan got OHA on the board 4:51 into the second but Doxtator replied 39 seconds later to restore the two goal lead. Best would score twice, 56 seconds apart to close out the second period. He would score his fourth goal of the game 7 seconds into the third and and his fifth midway through the period. Emimitt Uppal (1G, 1A) added a late consolation goal for OHA in the loss.聽

Mount Academy (4) vs Fort Erie International Academy (5/OT) Eastern U17

After a scoreless first Joel Thompson and Thomas Harvey (3G) scored in the first 3:08 of the second to put Fort Erie ahead. Kingston Sylliboy scored a power play marker for Mount 7:15 into the second to get them on the board. Harvey restored the two goal lead but Sean Perry scored 1:06 later and a Nathaniel St. Pierre Maltais (2G) power play goal brought Mount even heading into the third. Jayden Goolab (1G, 1A) gave Fort Erie a third period lead with his first of the season before St. Pierre Maltais tied the game again exactly six minutes later. In overtime Ben Fleming (50/55) would make a huge save but Harvey buried the rebound just seconds later to give Fort Erie the 5-4 victory.聽

Ontario Hockey Academy (1) vs Ulysse Academie (3) Eastern U18

Lukas Kuzma fed Nathanael Coon-Come on a breakaway in the dying seconds of the first, with Coon-Come finding the back of the net with one second left on the clock to put OHA ahead. Marco Campo (2G, 1A) tied the game with the lone second period goal. Raphael Harvey put Ulysse ahead with 6:31 remaining and Campo added a goal with 38 seconds left to secure the 3-1 Ulysse win. Virgil Sausset (32/33) and Oliver Kiraly (42/45) were in net for their respective teams.聽

A21 Biosteel Sports Academy (0) vs Fairmont Hockey (7) Eastern U18

Guest team Fairmont Hockey defeated Biosteel 7-0 Friday morning. Defenseman Lance McCloskey (2G, 1A) scored just 14 seconds in to set the tone for Fairmont. Jayden Bakhtiari Shirk (2G) and Brady Witkin (2G) scored twice while Cole Bieksa added the other Fairmont goal. Beckham Brossard (32/32) made 32 saves for the shutout win. Griffyn Taylor (60/67) faced 67 shots in the loss.聽

Fort Erie International Academy (6) vs CIH Academy (2) Eastern U18

Brett Krtanjek gave Fort Erie a late first period lead while a power play goal by Isaak Samson (2G) 2:01 later extended the lead. Samson scored 1:29 into the second, with teammates Egor Galkin and Duncan Block adding goals of their own. Justin Savage got CIH Academy on the board with 55 seconds remaining in the second. Andrei Chumkov (1G, 1A) gave CIH Academy life as they made a third period push but Gianluca Garippo put the game out of reach with 2:15 left in the game. Ryan Schultz (27/29) made 27 saves in the win.聽

Stanstead College (7) vs Kuper Academy (1) Eastern U17

Liam Armit (1G, 3A) found the back of the net on the power play while Alexis Lavoie (3G, 1A) and Maxime Aboud (1G, 1A) scored even strength tallies to give Stanstead a 3-0 first period lead. Lavoie and Emanuel Ganz added goals 1:17 apart in the second to increase the deficit. Lavoie completed the hat-trick 1:41 into the third and Saint John Sea Dogs prospect Frederick Bourque scored his first of the season 7:04 into the period. Kareem Baig-Mirza scored for Kuper Academy to end the Gabriel Poitras (31/32) shutout bid with 9:21 remaining.聽

King’s Edgehill School (1) vs Bourget College (6) Eastern U18

Bourget led 1-0 after 20 as Xavier Landriault (1G, 2A) scored with 2:32 left in the period. Ian Burnett, Victor Morissette-Richer and Maxemile Richard (1G, 1A) scored second period goals to increase the lead to 4-0 heading into the third. Jack Warren got KES on the board 3:41 into the third but Alexis Gauthier (1G, 1A) and Mathys Morrissette scored third period markers to put the game out of reach. Maxime Lavoie (21/22) and William Bridgeo (64/70) were in net for their respective teams.聽

South Alberta Hockey Academy (4/OT) vs RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (3) Female U18 Prep

A first period goal by Shea Warnick gave RHA Winnipeg the lead heading into the second where Rowyn Street (1G, 1A) extended the advantage with her fourth of the season. Kamryn Reiber and Jaylee Skog (1G, 1A) would each score their second goal of the season to kick-start the third and tie the game. Attica Sobering replied for RHA Winnipeg 1:13 later but the new lead was short lived as Julia Barlow鈥檚 power play marker 2:04 later equalised the score and forced overtime. The game looked poised to head to a shootout when Myla Motz (1G, 1A) gave SAHA the 4-3 win with just 2 seconds left on the clock. Hannah Palumbo (33/36) and Maggie Schell (43/47) were in net for their respective teams.聽

Edge School (5) vs Notre Dame (2) U15 Prep

Edge took a lead with 24 seconds left in the second as Grayson Bauer (2G, 1A) scored his first of the season. Davian Ferland tied the game 1:52 into the second with a power play marker. Charlie Tobin and Matthew Boekelder traded goals before Grayson Trevelyan put Edge back ahead with 49 seconds remaining in the second. Bauer and Max Ranseth (1G, 1A) scored 2:05 apart midway through the third to put the game out of reach and secure the 5-2 Edge victory. Delano Pockar (17/19) and Ben Meyer (50/55) were in net for their respective teams.聽

CIH Academy (5) vs Bishop’s College School (3) Eastern U17

CIH Academy (4-0-0) remained undefeated with a 5-3 win over Bishop鈥檚 College (1-1-0) Friday. Kristian Kachnic (2G, 1A) scored 4:37 in to give CIH Academy the initial lead. Jayden Dyke (1G, 1A) and Tobias Lednicky (3G, 1A) traded goals to close out the period. Masanori Black buried a rebound midway through the second to tie the game but Kachnic quickly responded with a power play goal on a shot through traffic from the point. Lednicky would extend the lead 9:59 into the second but Taitt Dobbin quickly responded for Bishop鈥檚 28 seconds later. In a push to find the equaliser, Bishop鈥檚 pulled their goalie, setting the stage for Lednicky to complete the hat-trick with an empty net marker.聽

Okanagan Hockey Ontario (2) vs Bishop’s College School (5) Eastern U18

Tristan Gagnon (4G) and Eric Hartwig traded first period goals as the game was tied heading into the second.Gagnon would score back-to-back goals including a shorthanded breakaway tally to put Bishop鈥檚 ahead midway through the period. Jeremy Clark would counter with a power play goal less than three minutes later to bring OHO within one but that was as close as they got as Adam Straka scored his first of the season and Gagnon added his fourth of the game late in the third period. Will Harris (31/33) was in net for the win.聽

South Alberta Hockey Academy (1) vs Northern Alberta Xtreme (3) U18 Prep

The game remained scoreless until Tyden Lafournaise scored with 1:57 left in the first. Liam Eisnor quickly equaled things with a power play tally 1:31 later. Tied 1-1, Carter Ellsworth and Ty Nessler scored 17 seconds apart to put NAX ahead. Tyler Swanson (26/27) would make 13 saves in the third to clinch the NAX 3-1 win over SAHA. Kannen Kirkwood (37/40) faced 40 shots in the loss.聽

BWC Academy (2) vs North Shore Warriors (3) U17

After a scoreless first 20 Brayden Moar opened the scoring 2:42 in. BWC Academy would grab a 2-0 lead 12:04 into the second when Siwoo Lee scored a power play goal. Rock Oosterveld would get North Shore on the board late in the second with a shorthanded marker. Noah Russo (2G) would complete the comeback by scoring twice in a span of 1:20 midway through the third period. Kayden Runstedler (3A) assisted on all three goals while Erik Blair (31/33) made 31 saves for the win. Liam Kellett (34/37) was charged with the loss.聽

RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (8) vs Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy (4) U18 Prep

Dylan Crossley (1G, 2A) and Cameron Kimmerly scored in the first while Geon Park (2G) added a power play goal 49 seconds into the middle frame to give Wenatchee a 3-0 lead. Aidan Fisher (1G, 2A) and Benjamin Bowtell (2G, 2A) would start the RHA Kelowna comeback by scoring 50 seconds apart and goals from Brady Walker (1G, 1A) and Jacksen Suttie (1G, 1A) put them ahead going into the final period. Dominik Silbernagel (1G, 1A) scored 1:34 into the third, Maddox Gandha (2G, 2A) scored twice and Bowtell added his second of the game as RHA Kelowna turned a 3-0 deficit into an 8-3 lead. Geon Park rounded out the scoring by finding the back of the net 12 seconds after Gandha鈥檚 second goal.聽

North Shore Warriors (0) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (3) U15 Prep

Oliver Boniface (12/12) and Elias Mitrikas (38/41) kept the game scoreless through the first 25 minutes of play until Cole Gann (1G, 1A) scored the eventual game winner 5:14 into the second. Nate Ellemo and Maximus Scheffer scored 45 seconds apart early in the third to add insurance markers and secure the Pacific Coast win.聽

Okanagan Hockey Ontario (0) vs Lower Canada College (8) Eastern U17

Drummondville Voltigeurs prospect Matthew D鈥橴rso (3G) got LCC鈥檚 season off on the right foot, netting a hat-trick in their season opening win over OHO. Furthermore, Antonio Lombardo (1G, 3A) and Lukas Royko (4A) each chipped in four-points of their own while Efstratios Couvas (25/25) stopped all 25-shots to cap off the perfect debut game for LCC.

Mount Academy (0) vs King Heights Academy (9) Eastern U18

A broken down bus en route to Cornwall, ON and a shortened roster wasn鈥檛 going to stop King Heights from a dominant performance over Mount Academy. King Heights exploded for four goals in the first period, kicked off by Vytas Lenkutis (2G). King Heights would go on to score another five unanswered through the next forty minutes of play with key performances coming from Tyler Koss (2G) and Roman Morillas (2G). Cole Minthorn (21/21) would also go on to secure his first career shutout in CSSHL play.

RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (6) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (1) U15 Prep

Talon Scinocca put OHA up in this contest with the opening marker. However, a powerplay tally from Alexander Sharman (1G, 2A) would tie things up before the end of the first. From here on out, RHA Kelowna would maintain composure and carry out the rest of this match with flying colours. Kaius Millan (2G, 1A), Kyler Stocks (1G, 2A) and Luca Vaugeois (3A) would each go on to pot three-points a piece as RHA Kelowna netted another five unanswered goals. Peachland, BC鈥檚 Dylan Mingo (22/23) would pick up the win in between the pipes.聽

Northern Alberta Xtreme (10) vs Prairie Hockey Academy (1) U15

Despite a 56-save effort from Patrick Curtis (56/66), Prairie would still fall to the overwhelming NAX offence. Emmett Abel (4A) would lead the pack in scoring while Malakai Andrews (1G, 2A) and Jett Evans (2G, 1A) each nabbed three-points each. Grayson Scriba (21/22) would pick up the win in goal for NAX.

Northern Alberta Xtreme (10) vs RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (0) U15 Prep

Corbin Dunphy and Kalen Miles (1G, 1A) opened the scoring with two powerplay goals for NAX before going on an offensive tear in the latter half of the contest. Cruz Jim (3G, 1A) would lead the way with a hat-trick and four point performance, scoring at even-strength, the powerplay and shorthanded. Ahmed Fayad (1G, 3A) supplied four-points while Brady Ondrus (1G, 2A) and Teagen Bouchard (1G, 2A) would also each provide three-points while Karter Gibson (6/6) picked up his first shutout of the campaign.

Edge School (8) vs Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (0) Female U18 Prep

Only four skaters were left off of the scoresheet in Edge鈥檚 all-around triumph over PMHA. Samantha Baker (2G) would lead the charge with two goals while Edan Crowe (1G, 2A) tallied an extra assist for the team lead in points. Jenna Ring (21/21) made 21-saves in the shutout effort as Edge picked up their first win of the season.

RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (12) vs Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy (0) U17 Prep

RHA Kelowna let loose an offensive barrage over Wenatchee in their Friday matchup. Preston Kelly-Paquet (2G, 3A) accumulated a staggering five-points while Brody Bradshaw (3G) netted a hat-trick. Kai Ebert (15/15) completed the shutout with 15-saves.

RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (6) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (4) U17

PCHA and RHA Kelowna would trade goals back and forth through forty minutes of play. PCHA鈥檚 Rhys Wilcox would break the tie early in the third, establishing the lead. However, RHA Kelowna would quickly rally back with three unanswered, capped off with the game winner from Colton Deschamps halfway through the frame.聽

Calgary International Hockey Academy (3) vs Edge School (6) U18 Prep

Brock England (1G, 1A) would net the games opening tally just 22-seconds into the match, sparking a chain of three unanswered for Edge. Townes Kozicky would stop the bleeding for CIHA with an early goal of his own in the second, followed by a powerplay marker from Cage Smith. Edge School (12) vs Indigenous Sports Academy (0) U17 Prep

In an offensive showing, Edge School would combine for 12-goals along with three shorthanded and powerplay goals a piece. Ashton McCann (2G, 3A) led the scoresheet with a five-point outing while Kyle Oakenfold (2G, 2A) extended his division leading point total to 15 after a four-point performance. Adam Courchesne (27/27) would pick up the clean sheet, steering away 27-shots in the process.

St. George’s School (4/OT) vs Shawnigan Lake School (3) U17 Prep

After falling behind by two in the opening frame, Shawnigan would rally back and establish a one goal lead through forty after Spencer Currie, Sullivan Bryan and Ellis Thurmeier potted three unanswered goals. Entering the third, St. George鈥檚 Aaron Castro (2G, 1A) would tie things up before the halfway mark, eventually forcing an overtime. It looked as if the game would head to a shootout, but with only 23-seconds left on the clock Daniel Taylor (2G, 1A) would find twine and claim St. George鈥檚 the victory. Les Toth (39/42) stood on his head in the final frame, making 13-stops en route to the 39-save performance in the triumphant OT win.

Coeur d鈥橝lene Hockey Academy (1) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (6) U18 Prep

OHA鈥檚 Tucker Robertson (2G) would net the game鈥檚 first two goals to grant his squad the early advantage at the halfway point. Sokratis Markarian would put CDA back in the race with a tally in the second, but OHA continued to pour on the offence, netting another four unanswered to seal up their season opening victory. Keremeos, BC defender Cohen Williams (3A) chipped in on three of OHA鈥檚 goals including Robertson鈥檚 GWG while Chayse Johnson (21/22) steered away 21-shots in the cage.

OHA Edmonton (7) vs Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (8/OT) U15 Prep

A strong first period from OHA Edmonton put them in the driver seat heading into the second thanks to a late tally from Sutton Hodgetts. However, Pilot Mound striked back with a five-goal second. Maddox Ramage (2G, 2A) and Cole Landreville (2G, 3A) would each supply two points each in the busy frame for PMHA. Each team would rally for one more goal each in the third until OHA Edmonton鈥檚 Brayden Tucker (1G, 1A) netted the game tying goal on the powerplay late in the frame. Entering overtime, it only took PMHA 41-seconds to catch a break. Ramage would pounce on the OT winner off an assist from Landreville, sealing up four and five-point nights for the two, respectively, and improving PMHA鈥檚 record to 2-0-0 in the regular season.

Shawnigan Lake School (2) vs BWC Academy (14) U15 Prep

Logan Henry (4G) and Justin Moon (3G, 2A) would each achieve hat-tricks in Friday鈥檚 offensive onslaught over Shawnigan. Kane Nicholas (1G, 5A) would headline the scoresheet with six-points while Adie Schneider (2G), Cohen Baker (2G, 2A), Moon, and Henry would all pick up multi-goal performances.

Delta Hockey Academy Black (2) vs RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (9) Female U18 Prep

Only three RHA Kelowna skaters missed out in the well rounded team victory over Delta Black. Makenna Lloyd-Howe (2G) would score the opening and closing markers of this contest while Emelia McDermid (3A) led the scoresheet with three-assists on the evening. In the loss, Nicole Flesher (57/66) made a remarkable 57-saves.

Harrison Sharman gave RHA Kelowna the lead just 1:27 into the game but Delta Black would respond with three straight to claim a 3-1 win. Taegeon Park (2G) tied the game with a shorthanded goal 8:19 into the game. He would score the game winning goal 5:22 into the middle frame. Zachary Giles would add an insurance marker just 39 seconds later and Brayden Allan (30/31) would make 30 saves as Delta Black held RHA Kelowna off the scoresheet in the final two periods to claim the 3-1 win.聽

STAR Hockey Academy (1) vs Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (7) U17 Prep

Gavin Noseworthy (1G, 2A) scored just 15 seconds in as part of a three goal first period for Pilot Mound. Aleks Ostrovskyy tied the game minutes later before Pilot Mound scored six unanswered en route to the 7-1 win. Adam Zamecnik (2G) scored twice while defenseman Chadrick Schulz (3A) tied Noseworthy for the team lead with three points. Matthew Palmer (17/18) made 17 saves to earn PMHA their first win of the season.聽

North Shore Warriors (3) vs OHA Edmonton (8) U17 Prep

OHA Edmonton led just 27 seconds in on a goal from Jaggar John (3G, 3A) but Chase Vossenaar (2G) levelled the score heading into the second. Cash Brebant (2G, 4A) and Connor Liu (1G, 1A) traded goals 1:14 apart before OHA Edmonton scored 4 goals in 49 seconds, ending with John completing the hat-trick. Brebant would extend the lead 27 seconds into the third while Vossenaar and Iljas Hasuew scored 20 seconds apart to round out the scoring.聽

Edge School (3) vs Notre Dame (2) U17 AAA

After a scoreless first Robbie Williamson gave Notre Dame a lead going into the third with the lone second period goal. Jacob Kuntz tied the game 2:20 into the final frame and Rylan Saunders (1G, 1A) gave Edge their first lead 9 minutes later. Cyril Herauf tied the game with 5:08 remaining but Austin Jefferies broke the Notre Dame hearts when he found the back of the net with 46 seconds left on the clock. Emerson Popil (23/25) and Nathan Thompson (40/43) were in net for their respective teams.聽

Rink Hockey Academy Winnipeg (7) vs Prairie Hockey Academy (3) U15 AAA

RHA Winnipeg scored two goals in 59 seconds as Eli Wasylyk (1G, 1A) and Aiden Christie (1G, 2A) each found the back of the net for the first time this season. Shea Streu (3G, 1A) would score twice to start the second while teammate Nash Dolyny added a shorthanded goal. Prairie would finally get on the board late in the second when Tristan Reimer (1G, 1A) scored his third goal of the season. Streu completed the hat-trick 12:00 into the third and Ryder Olford (1G, 1A) added his third of the season 1:51 later. Jakub Palmer and Addison Wanner scored late consolation goals for Prairie to round out the scoring.聽

Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (1) vs BWC Academy (5) U15 Prep

A shorthanded goal by Justin Moon gave BWC Academy a 1-0 lead but Mazen Green responded with a power play goal with 1 second left in the period. Logan Henry (2G) would score the game winning goal 1:57 into the second while Haydn Goetzinger, Henry and Elias Papadatos (1G, 1A) added security measures. Bentley Edgar (14/15) made 14 saves for the win.聽

Okanagan Hockey Academy (3) vs Coeur d鈥橝lene Hockey Academy (2) U17 AAA

Despite a 61 save effort from Steven Jones (61/64), CDA came up one goal short in a 3-2 loss to OHA. Ollie Halowaty and Jaxson Bartsch (1G, 2A) scored their second goals of the season in the first as OHA grabbed a 2-0 lead. Knox Vogel and Gage Kiselbach (1G, 2A) would trade second period goals as the deficit remained at two. Haven Brunham would bring CDA within one 3:11 into the third but Alex Youngson (11/13) shut the door the rest of the way to clinch the OHA victory.聽

North Shore Warriors (2) vs Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (1) Female U18 Prep

In a goaltending duel that saw Haylie Hedges (44/45) and Rehn Hall (49/51) both make 45-plus saves, it was North Shore who came out ahead 2-1. Gia Carella scored the lone first period goal and Kaida Okamura scored the game winner midway through the hockey game. Alia Drummond would solve Hedges midway through the third but Pilot Mound was unable to find an equaliser as North Shore held on for the 2-1 win.聽

Delta Hockey Academy Black (1) vs St. Mary’s Academy (4) Female U18 Prep

In search of their first win of the season Jakiah Curle and Maggie Nicol scored first period goals for St. Mary鈥檚. Payton Henwood (1G, 1A) added a second period tally to give her team a commanding 3-0 lead. Addison McFegan would score a power play goal with 12:26 remaining to get Delta Black on the board and back into the fight. But Camryn Falloon (1G, 1A) would score an empty net goal and Sasha Coutu (32/33) finished with 32 saves to give St. Mary鈥檚 their first victory of the new campaign.聽

Notre Dame (1) vs Coeur d鈥橝lene Hockey Academy (3) U17 Prep

CDA (4-2-0) grabbed their fourth win of the season with a 3-1 victory over Notre Dame (0-3-0) Sunday. Dylan Johnson鈥檚 fifth goal of the season gave CDA a first period lead but Thomas MacPhee quickly countered 1:24 later. Matthew Latscha scored the game winning goal 1:39 into the second and Sal Costa added an insurance marker less than two minutes later. Alex Doyer (34/35) would stop 24 shots through the final 40 to keep Notre Dame off the scoresheet and out of the win column. Clay Harmon (28/31) was charged with the loss.聽

St. George’s School (3/OT) vs Shawnigan Lake School (2) U17 Prep

St. George鈥檚 (3-3-0) upped their record to the .500 mark with a 3-2 overtime win over Shawnigan (4-1-1). Callum Starnes scored the lone first period goal as Shawnigan led 1-0 after 20. Jason Gao (3G) tied the game midway through the second before a Phoenix Hinks power play marker re-stored the Shawnigan lead. Gao would tie the game midway through the third and then score the overtime winner 33 seconds in, completing the hat-trick and the come-from-behind victory.聽

Yale Hockey Academy (7) vs Delta Hockey Academy (1) U18 Prep

Yale opened the scoring 1:54 in, scoring six unanswered as they defeated Delta 7-1. Nathan Kam (30/31) made 30 saves and Alexandre Jacques (1G, 2A) led all skaters with three points. Gus Schill (2G) scored twice while Eli Barrett (1G, 1A), Matthew Dowdall (1G, 1A) and Ryker Swanson (1G, 1A) each recorded two points. Tyson Schamehorn scored the lone goal for Delta in the loss.聽

Shawnigan Lake School (1) vs St. George’s School (3) U18 Prep

After a scoreless first period Eddy Spytz scored a power play tally late in the second period to open the scoring. Amadeo Sim scored the eventual game winner 1:50 into the third and Charlie Weaver added an insurance marker less than two minutes later. Nigel Alberts would end the Austin Ball (43/44) shutout bid with 12:29 remaining, but Ball would make 15 third period saves to secure the 3-1 win for St. George鈥檚.聽

RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (10) vs Notre Dame (1) U18 Prep

RHA Winnipeg outshot Notre Dame 51-14 while outsourcing them 10-1 Sunday. Drayden Uhrina (3G, 1A) recorded a hat-trick while Trystan Hunter (1G, 2A) and Jake Ritson (1G, 2A) each had three points. Callum Biers ended the Quinn Burfoot (13/14) shutout bid and RHA Winnipeg 10 goal run with 3:38 left to play.聽

Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (5/OT) vs North Shore Warriors (4) U17 AAA

North Shore led 2-0 after 20 as Henry Lockhart scored on the power play and Duncan Gronberg added an even strength tally. North Shore would take a commanding 4-0 lead midway through the second as Laurenz Liebhart and Noah Russo each found the back of the net. Kaelen Rusjan (2G) would score short handed with 2:16 left in the second to ignite a Pacific Coast comeback that saw Lukas Needham (3G) score three straight goals, including a shorthanded marker late in the third to tie the game. In overtime PCHA would complete the comeback as Rusjan scored his third of the season 1:42 into the extra frame.聽

RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (0) vs OHA Edmonton (7) U17 AAA

Jaxon Ford (22/22) made 22 saves for his first career CSSHL shutout as OHA Edmonton blanked RHA Winnipeg 7-0. A first period goal by Jayden Squissato (2G, 1A) would be all of the offence OHA Edmonton would need but Noah Stone (2G, 2A), Jaxon Moss (1G, 1A), Nathan Okoloise and Kaiden Turta all got in on the action.聽

Fort Erie International Academy (4) vs Okanagan Hockey Ontario (3) Eastern U18

Daniel Zick opened the scoring for Fort Erie 7:33 in but OHO led 2-1 after 20 as Jacob Zilber and Addison St. Cyr each scored their second goal of the season. Ben Cornick tied the game 4:45 into the second period with his first goal of the season. Anthony Macaluso re-stored the OHO lead but it was short lived as Baron Tanton responded for FEIA 1:09 later. Tied 3-3 in the third, Ethan Butler (1G, 1A) found the back of the net 2:08 into the period for his first goal of the season, giving Fort Erie the 4-3 win.聽

OHA Edmonton (1) vs Calgary International Hockey Academy (4) U15 AAA

After Eric Sexton got CIHA on the board with a goal near the tail end of the first, Loic Lebel (2G, 1A) would add a pair of his own late in the second. Marek Pashko would claw one back for OHA Edmonton in the third but an insurance marker from Luke Van Waes (1G, 2A) would put this game to rest in favour of CIHA. Alexander Montembault (18/19) was in net for the win while Connor Phillips (30/34) made 30-saves in the loss.

Okanagan Hockey Academy (1) vs RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (3) U15 Prep

OHA鈥檚 Nathan Marques scored the opening goal in this regional matchup with RHA Kelowna, establishing a lead that they would hold on to through forty minutes of play. It wasn鈥檛 until the third where RHA Kelowna would find their offensive touch. Luca Vaugeois would put RHA Kelowna on the board just 1:34 into the frame while Channon Fummerton scored the go ahead goal just over five-minutes later. Kaius Millan would net the empty insurance marker late, stapling the comeback victory shut. Gunner Podollan (23/24) was in between the pipes for the W while Maddox Slater (41/44) posted a strong 41-save effort on the other end.

North Shore Warriors (0) vs STAR Hockey Academy (7) U15 Prep

STAR would blank NSW in this Sunday affair, piling on 54-shots in the process. Levi Ellingsen (2G) would lead the charge with two goals to his name while Dylan Gale (1G, 1A) and Ronin Brunner (2A) posted two point efforts as well. Alexander Petukhov (12/12) picked up 12-saves in the shutout victory.

Okanagan Hockey Academy Black (2) vs Balmoral Hall School (11) Female U18 Prep

Madeline McKay (3G, 1A) nabbed her consecutive hat-trick in a commanding win over OHA Black, putting her up to 10-points on the campaign. Darby Amundson (2G) and Makenna Williment (2G) would each supply two goals of their own while Maddie Kaiser (4A) racked up four assists in the process. Mimi Ferreira (18/20) would tally 18-saves in the win for Balmoral Hall.

BWC Academy (2) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (3/OT) U18 Prep

Rylan Krawietz got the ball rolling for PCHA with a blast from the point in the first. BWC Academy would later bounce back in the second after Gianni Bosa brought things back to even. Entering the third, Hunter Ashton would score on the powerplay, putting BWC Academy ahead for the first time in the match. However, Nanaimo, BC鈥檚 Madden Cruickshank would bury his second chance to tie things back up, forcing overtime. After only 8-seconds into the extra frame. Jed Lake (2A) would spot Trace Anderson making a B-line for the cage, going on to bury the OT winner in close. Both PCHA鈥檚 Sam Saskiw (37/39) and BWC Academy鈥檚 Asler Ames (37/40) would make 37-saves in the matchup.聽

St. Mary鈥檚 High School (4) vs OHA Edmonton (11) Female U18 Prep

Riley Cooper鈥檚 (3G, 3A) six-point afternoon was the top of the scoresheet in OHA Edmonton鈥檚 offensive onslaught over St. Mary鈥檚 High School. Mercedes Dunbar (3G) would also nab a hat-trick in the process while Izzy Gollop (3A), Peyton Carter (3A), Ryann Chimera (3A) and Kyla Pappas (1G, 2A) each gathered three-points a piece.

South Alberta Hockey Academy (4) vs RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (3) U17 Prep

High Level, AB鈥檚 Logan Lanti (1G, 2A) opened the scoring once again for RHA Kelowna, setting the tone for RHA Kelowna early, bleeding into a second goal off the stick of Riley Kennedy. However, SAHA would show some life in the second, balancing the score out with tallies from Grady McLeod and Noah Alexander. Early in the third, RHA Kelowna would bounce back into the lead after Ronin Martin scored just 2:07 in. Rhett Tubello would later double RHA Kelowna鈥檚 lead which would go on to be the game winner as Brennan Finke potted one late for SAHA.聽

Prairie Hockey Academy (2) vs BWC Academy (6) U17 Prep

A hat-trick performance from Bruce Zhong (3G) was the difference maker in a BWC Academy victory on Sunday, nabbing two of his three on the powerplay. Aiden Baker (2G, 1A) would also snag a set of goals to further push BWC Academy to the promised land while Jeevin Sandhu (28/30) made 28-stops to turn that win into a reality.聽

STAR Hockey Academy (1) vs Delta Hockey Academy White (3) U15 AAA

Jayden Ni (2G) and Mason Olson would split the scoring between Delta White and STAR after twenty minutes of play. Entering the second, Delta White would pull away with the lead after Colby Walker scored the go-ahead goal. Delta White would remain on top for the remainder of the match, shutting down STAR鈥檚 offence bit by bit. Cohen Wood (32/33) made 32-stops in the win, including 11-shots in the third.

RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (2) vs Shawnigan Lake School (5) Female U18 Prep

RHA Winnipeg responded early after surrendering the game鈥檚 first goal, establishing a 2-1 lead putting Shawnigan Lake in check. However, White Rock, BC鈥檚 Leah Hill would even the match up before the buzzer sounded in the first. From this point on, Shawnigan had seized full control, scoring three unanswered and putting this contest to rest. Grace Cooper (2G, 1A) would lead the offence, picking up two goals while Alix Walchuk (16/18) picked up the win in net.聽

South Alberta Hockey Academy (1) vs Delta Hockey Academy Green (6) Female U18 Prep

Gabriella Lee (2G) and Sadie Isfled (2G) each picked up a pair of goals in Delta Green鈥檚 win over South Alberta Hockey Academy. Jillian Matthews (19/20) picked up the win in goal, stopping 19-shots while SAHA鈥檚 Phoenix Buckler (29/35) made 29. Sophie Erlam picked up the lone goal for SAHA in the defeat.

Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (1) vs North Shore Warriors (5) U15 AAA

From puck drop, NSW had full control of this contest, ultimately outshooting PCHA a staggering 59-26. PCHA鈥檚 Shay Van Slyke (54/59) would make a tremendous 54-saves to give his team a chance. As for NSW, Sheldon Nicholas (2G) would score twice while Knox Leeson (1G, 2A) tallied three-points. Benjamin Boudreau (25/26) was in net for the W.

Okanagan Hockey Academy (6/OT) vs Northern Alberta Xtreme (5) U17 Prep

NAX鈥檚 Emmett Jones may have opened the scoring but OHA would rally back over the next two periods to establish a two goal lead early in the third. Bronsyn Moille would quickly get one back for NAX before Nolan Phare (3G, 1A) tied the contest back up. However, Maxx Parfitt (2G, 1A) would restore OHA鈥檚 lead soon after. With time ticking down, Phare would net yet another goal for NAX, completing his hat-trick and forcing an overtime. However, just 33-seconds in, Williams Lake, BC native Marcus Domhof (2G, 1A) would net the game winner, spoiling NAX鈥檚 comeback.

Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (5) vs Edge School (7) U17 Prep

After trading goals back-and-forth through forty minutes, the flood gates would open for both squads in the final frame. PCHA鈥檚 Jack MacMillan would put the Sea Devils ahead early on. However, a chain of four unanswered from Edge would be enough to eventually seal up this high scoring affair. Kyle Oakenfold (2G, 2A) led the way with a pair of goals and assists while Eric Wagman (4A) racked up four assists.聽

Northern Alberta Xtreme (0) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (2) Female U18 Prep

Jorja Moore (16/16) backstopped OHA to not only their third straight win, but their third straight shutout. On the offensive front, Audrian Freeman (2G) picked up the two lone goals in this contest. In net for NAX, Aldawna Evers (55/57) stopped an astounding 55-shots in the hard fought loss.

Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy (3) vs Indigenous Sports Academy (4) U17 Prep

After splitting the score in the first, ISA would score two unanswered off the sticks of Easton Bauer (1G, 1A) and Trigger Two Guns. Wenatchee鈥檚 Dylan Hadley would scrape one back before the start of the third, which inevitably led to an early tally in the third from Ricky Webb, tying the game up at three. However, Owen Sinclair would reclaim ISA鈥檚 lead right back, with that eventually being the GWG. Holden Fauchon (30/33) would hold on late to score the win between the pipes.

Delta Hockey Academy (1) vs Calgary International Hockey Academy (2) U17 Prep

After a scoreless first, Delta and CIHA would each nab a goal in the second. Jack Morgan would strike first for Delta before being followed up by Xander Ramsay. In the third, the scoring would quiet down till the final seconds, where Zane Rains would break the tie with only 54-seconds left on the clock. Mason Moran (1G, 2A) would go on to supply the empty netter while Ethan Mann (27/28) made 27-saves in the close shave.

Edge School (0) vs RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (4) Female U18 Prep

Danica Maynard and Callie Rice opened the scoring for RHA Kelowna, scoring less than two minutes apart to establish an early lead. Ava MacLeod and Hayley McDonald would go on to add another pair to ensure the victory while Ava Drabyk (16/16) picked up the shutout.

RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (1) vs Yale Hockey Academy (6) U17 Prep

In his U17 Prep call-up, Tony Cabelka would score the opening goal for YHA, setting the tone for a first period explosion from the Lions. Yale would be up 5-1 after twenty and ride that lead into the sunset. Mikkel Dennill (1G, 1A) and Gavin Selinger (1G, 1A) led the way with two point efforts while Jason Ho (48/49) picked up the win in goal with an astounding 48-saves. Peyton Thiessen would score the lone goal for RHA Winnipeg.聽

After a scoreless second, Alex Doyle scored on the power play 1:37 into the third to extend the KES advantage. Marc Yankov got Ulysse on the board 7:15 into the final frame but it was quickly countered by a Jack Sangster goal, his seventh of the young season. Marco Campo would add a power play goal for Ulysse 2:15 later but William Bridgeo (17/19) finished with 17 saves to secure a King鈥檚 Edgehill victory. Leonidas Barkoulas (50/54) faced 54 shots in net during the loss.聽

North Shore Warriors (5) vs Notre Dame (1) U17 Prep

After a scoreless first Tobin Schaefer (2G) scored on the power play 9:55 into the second. He would score again five minutes later as North Shore led 2-0 after 40. Jace Boman got Notre Dame on the board 1:40 into the third but Chase Vossenaar (2G) halted any comeback plans just 17 seconds later. Samuel Shepard (1G, 1A) added a late empty net goal and Vossenaar would score again with 2:01 remaining to round out the scoring.聽

Shawnigan Lake School (5) vs Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (3) U17 Prep

Samuel Wilson scored just 9 seconds in and Richard Desilets II added a power play marker 4:03 later as Shawnigan raced out to an early 2-0 lead. Christian Caby got Pilot Mound on the board midway through the period before Ryder Kerr (1G, 2A) and Gavin Noseworthy traded late goals to close out the period. Callum Starnes (1G, 2A) extended the lead 12:31 into the second with his first goal of the season. Brody Wytinck (1G, 1A) would score a shorthanded goal minutes later to bring Pilot Mound within one but Phoenix Hinks (1G, 1A) scored on the same power play just four seconds later to put the game out of reach.聽

Okanagan Hockey Academy Black (5/OT) vs Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (4) Female U18 Prep

OHA Black grabbed a 2-0 lead on first period goals from Oliva Davidson and Christina Terzariol but Pilot Mound quickly responded with Bailee Allan (1G, 1A) and Ashlyn Kuffler (2G) finding the back of the net. Rebecca Macfarlane (2G) restored the OHA Black lead 10 seconds into the second but Kuffler tied the game with a power play marker midway through the frame. Macfarlane once again gave OHA Black the lead early in the third, but once again PMHA responded as Brooklyn Kraft (1G, 1A) scored her first of the season. The game would head to overtime where Alice Rapp was the hero for OHA Black, scoring 3:46 into the extra frame. Ryann Faulkner (65/69) made 65 saves in net for the win.聽

Yale Hockey Academy (6) vs STAR Hockey Academy (1) U15 AAA

Yale started the game with five unanswered goals to claim a 6-1 win Friday. Connor Baines (2G, 2A) scored the lone first period goal while Max Ritchey (1G, 2A), Ben Bury (1G, 1A), Baines and Kaleb Newson (1G, 1A) all scored in the second. Huntley Keatley halted the run 2:20 into the third before Ryker Stevens put the game out of reach minutes later.聽

Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy (4) vs STAR Hockey Academy (2) U17 Prep

Each team scored a power play goal in the first as Will Sumner struck for STAR and Sean Strasser (1G, 1A) countered for Wenatchee. Adrian Afrakov added a power play goal of his own 3:50 into the second but Cooper Miller quickly responded for Wenatchee just 1:03 later to even things up. Erik Hendricks would give Wenatchee the lead just minutes later and a power play goal from Dylan Hadley doubled the Wenatchee lead going into the third. STAR would fire 14 shots at Liam Rogers (31/33) in the third, and 33 overall, but he would stand his ground to give Wenatchee the 4-2 win.聽

Kuper Academy (4) vs Fort Erie International Academy (1) Eastern U17

Fort Erie led 1-0 just 2:36 in as Travis McDougall found the back of the net but it was all Kuper Academy from there as they would outshoot Fort Erie 51-21 en route to a 4-1 win. Tristan Lavigne (1G, 1A) tied the game late in the first with a power play marker and Gianfranco Capparelli (1G, 1A) scored the eventual game winner 4:17 into the second. Dimitri Tsimberis added a second period power play marker and Aadi Patel (1G, 1A) scored 2:57 into the third to put the game out of reach. Donato Padula (20/21) and Felix-Antoine Tessier (47/51) were in net for their respective teams.聽

RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (4) vs North Shore Warriors (2) U15 AAA

Hayden Carpenter and Cooper deWal (2G) scored 4:39 apart in the first as RHA Kelowna held a 2-0 advantage after 20. Trent Keenan extended the lead 8:36 into the second before Brody Watson got North Shore on the board with a power play tally. Keegan Hole scored 5:43 into the final frame as North Shore had clawed within one. But deWal would add an empty net goal with 52 seconds remaining to clinch a 4-2 RHA Kelowna victory.聽

Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (5) vs RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (4) U15 Prep

After surrendering three early goals in the first, Pilot Mound would claw back through the next 40-minutes of play. Maddox Ramage would stop the bleeding in the first to cut the deficit to two, allowing Cole Landreville (2G) and Brock Vodden (1G, 2A) to match up the score in the second. In the final frame, Landreville would pot his second of the afternoon to put PMHA ahead. Connor Lamb (2G, 1A) would quickly erase Pilot Mounds lead. However, Hinata Hashimoto would put PMHA back in front just over a minute later, restoring their lead. As the clock ticked, Yuki Kido (53/57) would keep PMHA alive, making a staggering 53-saves to keep his squad alive and pick up the win in their season opener.

OHA Edmonton (6) vs St. George’s School (2) U17 Prep

Keenan Fox (2G) notched OHA Edmonton their first tally just 27-seconds into the match. However, St. George鈥檚 Byron Chin would restore the tie late in the frame. Entering the second, OHA Edmonton would pick up where they left off early on, scoring three unanswered to extend their lead to three. Noah Chen snuck one in for the Saints to cut their deficit in half, but another two in the third for OHA Edmonton sealed the win for the Alberta-based school. Aidan Prosser (42/44) made 42-saves in the win while Logan Miller (1G, 2A) and Jaggar John (1G, 2A) posted three point efforts.

Rink Hockey Academy Winnipeg (2) vs Prairie Hockey Academy (4) U15 AAA

After being down by two and being heavily outshot in through forty, PHA pulled up their socks and got to work in the third. Jakub Palmer got PHA on the board early and was quickly followed up by Ivey Vermeulen (2G) on the powerplay. Vermeulen would then go on to add the go-ahead goal on the powerplay just over 5-minutes later. RHA Winnipeg was firing all cylinders but couldn鈥檛 get one past Conner Aldag (44/46) in the late stages. Aldag would make 44-saves in the comeback victory for Prairie.

STAR Hockey Academy (2) vs Yale Hockey Academy (3) U15 Prep

Tony Cabelka got the ball rolling early for Yale, giving them the 1-0 lead through one. However, Daniel Makovetskiy would put Yale back on their heels, scoring 7-minutes into the second. Yale would remain calm after surrendering their initial lead and would go on to bury two in quick fashion to restore their advantage thanks to the efforts of Teagan Dernisky (1G, 1A) and Matthew Zaitchikov. Levi Ellingsen would cut STAR鈥檚 deficit in half thanks to a powerplay marker in the third but the solid goaltending from Gavin Craig (28/30) stole the win for Yale in the end.

BWC Academy (6) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (2) U15 Prep

Justin Moon put BWC Academy up in the first thanks to a strong display of skating and puck control. OHA would keep fighting after surrendering the opening goal as Dreyden Rayburn would cram one home to bring things back to even. However, two back-to-back goals early in the second would restore BWC Academy鈥檚 momentum heading forward. Chris Pellatt would bat one out of the air to give OHA another chance, but BWC Academy kept up the pressure from here on out. Maddox Slater (45/51) would make some massive stops to give OHA a chance in the third, but the steady performance of Bentley Edgar (28/30) kept BWC Academy in control. Edgar would make 28-stops in the win while six separate goal scorers hit the scoresheet for BWC Academy.

Coeur d鈥橝lene Hockey Academy (7) vs Indigenous Sports Academy (1) U17 Prep

Seven separate goal scorers hit the scoresheet for Coeur D鈥橝lene in their 7-1 victory over ISA while Quinton Wade (2A) and Preston Dalebout (2A) each provided two helpers. Alex Doyer (21/22) made 21-saves in the win, surrendering only one goal, which came off the stick of Kyler Anderson shorthanded.聽

Edge School (5) vs Notre Dame (2) U15 Prep

A pair of goals from Edge in the first established a 2-0 lead but Notre Dame would strike back in the second with a duo of powerplay goals to even things up. However, with 5-seconds left in the frame, Edge鈥檚 Max Ranseth (1G, 1A) would bury the go-ahead goal to reinstate their lead. Keagan Grant (1G, 1A) would add another for Edge in the third which would go on to be the insurance marker in the Friday victory.

RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (2) vs OHA Edmonton (7) U17 AAA

In a low-shooting game, OHA Edmonton made the most of their opportunities, scoring seven times on only 31-shots. Kaiden Turta (2G) and Jayden Squissato (2G) would each pot a pair while Kaeleb Kassongo (1G, 2A) led the charge with three-points. Jaxon Ford (18/20) would pick up the win between the pipes.聽

RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (8) vs Indigenous Sports Academy (1) U18 Prep

River Arnason (3G, 1A) and Drayden Uhrina (4A) both reached four-points on the scoresheet in their dominating win over ISA. Furthermore, numbers 88 & 89 Anthony Bedard (2G, 1A) and Jake Ritson (2G, 1A) would both strike twice while Quinn Burfoot (26/27) turned aside 26-shots in the win. Caelen Cross would score the lone goal for ISA.

Okanagan Hockey Academy (3) vs RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (5) U17 Prep

Isaac Sousa (2G, 1A) would bury a pair in the first for RHA Winnipeg to Trey Tourigny鈥檚 lone goal for OHA. The same 2-1 goal spread would be repeated in the second period, extending RHA Winnipeg鈥檚 lead to 4-2 after forty. Maxx Parfitt would get OHA to within one halfway through the third but a late tally from Knox Burton (1G, 1A) would seal up the win for RHA Winnipeg.

St. Mary鈥檚 High School (0) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (16) Female U18 Prep

Sara Gerdel (3G, 2A) and Brooklyn Blomquist (3G, 1A) supplied hat-tricks in OHA鈥檚 offensive showcase over St. Mary鈥檚. Jada Wood (2G, 3A) would also provide a five-point effort while Alex Recksy (1G, 3A) nabbed three assists. Jorja Moore (5/5) stopped five-shots for the shutout.

Edge School (3) vs Prairie Hockey Academy (7) U17 AAA

After being knotted up at one a piece after 40-minutes, Prairie Hockey Academy would explode for 6-goals in the final frame. Aiden Masse (2G) would strike first early on with a powerplay goal to get the ball rolling while Reid Kawaguchi (1G, 1A) would score just under a minute later to further extend PHA鈥檚 lead. Jonas Markwart (1G, 2A) would supply three-points in the frame while Colton Lutz (46/49) made an astounding 46-saves to ensure the comfortable victory.

Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (1) vs BWC Academy (2) U17 AAA

After trading goals in the second, it was shaping up to be a tightly knit third. PCHA would push their hardest but in the end BWC Academy鈥檚 Josiah Lacerte would net the eventual game winner. Liam Kellett was in goal for the victory.

After surrendering the first two tallies, Delta would strike back with four unanswered goals, sparked by two late goals from Jack Triance (1G, 1A) and Kaydin Halladay (1G, 1A). Entering the third, PCHA would claw back two but an extra marker from Christian Sum kept Delta ahead until the final buzzer. Blake Langdon (28/32) would pick up the W in goal for Delta鈥檚 second consecutive victory.

CIH Academy (7) vs Mount Academy (0) Eastern U17

Luca Chiarizia (1G, 3A) led the charge for CIH with a four-point outing while Noah Panetta (2G) slid in a pair in their big win over Mount Academy. Sebastien Bourgeau picked up the shutout in the win.

Stanstead College (4) vs Ulysse Academie (5) Eastern U18

Ryan Dwyer (1G, 2A) got Stanstead on the board just 18-seconds into the match, establishing the groundwork for an early two goal lead. However, Ulysse would cut that lead in half with a marker from Raphael Harvey (2G, 1A). Ulysse would go on to erase their deficit in the second, scoring three unanswered to build a two goal lead of their own. Stanstead would force a tie in the third with a pair of powerplay goals, but Harvey would put Ulysse back in front with a powerplay goal of his own, which would stand as the game winner.聽聽

BWC Academy (5) vs RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (6/OT) U17 Prep

RHA Kelowna built themselves a 4-1 lead through 40 but a strong showing from BWC Academy would force an overtime all knotted up at five. All three of BWC Academy鈥檚 goals in the final frame would come on the powerplay with Declain Iacoviello (1G, 3A) laying out the game tying goal with less than five-minutes on the clock. In overtime, RHA Kelowna鈥檚 Rhett Tubello (3G, 1A) would polish off his hat-trick with the game winner, capping off a 4-point performance.聽

Okanagan Hockey Ontario (2) vs Fort Erie International Academy (6) Eastern U18

Ryan Schultz (32/34) posted a strong 32-save performance in a game where Fort Erie found themselves outshot by OHO. In the offensive department, Brett Krtanjek (2G) potted two while Brady Wharram (2A) and Jeremy Cote (1G, 1A) each supplied two points from the blueline. Parker Fergusson would produce a shorthanded goal for OHO in the loss.

RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (1) vs Delta Hockey Academy White (5) U15 AAA

Delta White opened up this contest with four unanswered goals to establish a strong cushion heading forward. Marco Robin (1G, 1A) and Brady Cook (1G, 1A) each produced a goal and an assist while Aarun Parmar (32/33) made 32-saves in the win. Reed Witham scored RHAK鈥檚 lone goal with Griffin Prairie Chicken (22/24) and Lucas Kautz (35/38) splitting the workload in the loss.聽聽

CIH Academy (2) vs King’s Edgehill School (7) Eastern U18

Jack Sangster (2G, 1A) and Riko Salutskij (2G, 1A) both picked up three-point games in their 7-2 win over CIH Academy on Saturday. Salutskij scored both his markers only 16-seconds apart in the second period, with his first being the eventual game winner. King鈥檚 Edgehill added another three in the third en route to victory while Eric Mosquin (2G) picked up both of CIH鈥檚 goals.聽

St. George’s School (0) vs Yale Hockey Academy (2) U15 Prep

2011-born goaltender Gavin Craig (30/30) shut the door for his first career shutout in the CSSHL with YHA. On the offensive front, Parker McMillan added his fourth of the season while Tanner Massey chipped in his first of the season in the second frame. Kole Andersov (31/33) made 31-saves in the loss.

Northern Alberta Xtreme (4) vs OHA Edmonton (6) U17 AAA

NAX struck twice within 41-seconds to berth a two goal lead early in this matchup until OHA Edmonton鈥檚 Grayson Ransom (1G, 1A) stopped the bleeding with a goal not too long after. The second period would see a lull in scoring as time dwindled in the frame. However, Jayden Squissato (1G, 1A) would strike on a penalty shot to even up the scoring for OHA Edmonton. Squissato鈥檚 goal would spark some momentum heading into the third as OHA Edmonton would strike two more times in the first couple minutes of the frame. This burst would be the difference maker as teams would trade goals from here on out. Jaxon Ford (18/22) picked up the win in the crease while Clark Schneider (2G, 1A) batted home the GWG.聽

RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (1) vs Northern Alberta Xtreme (13) U15 Prep

All but one skater on NAX recorded a point in their win on Saturday with Kalen Miles (2G, 2A) and Joel Ngandu (2G, 2A) leading the charge with matching four-point performances. Corbin Dunphy (2G, 1A) and Nash Weyland (2G, 1A) also chipped in two goals a piece while Karter Gibson (16/17) picked up 16-saves in the win. For RHA Winnipeg, DJ Mecas (67/80) made 67-saves in the match while Brady Filmon picked up the lone goal.

BWC Academy (0) vs RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (3) U18 Prep

Connor Nicolson (23/23) blanked BWC Academy with a shutout performance on Saturday, making 23-saves doing so. Mathis Paull and Owen Downey picked up RHA Kelowna鈥檚 two initial goals before Riley Pederson sealed the game away with an empty netter.

Edge School (5) vs OHA Edmonton (6/OT) U15 Prep

Powerplays were the difference maker in this Alberta showdown between Edge and OHA Edmonton. After OHA Edmonton established a 4-2 lead early into the third, Edge would rally back with three goals, two of which on the man advantage, to swing the lead into their favour. Keagan Grant (1G, 1A) put away what looked to be the eventual game winner for Edge until Brayden Tucker evened up the contest for OHA Edmonton with only 3-minutes left on the timer. In overtime, Edge would take an early penalty, allowing Kael Scott (3G, 1A) to clinch the game winner, sealing up his hat-trick and a four-point performance to better OHA Edmonton鈥檚 record to 2-2-0 on the season. OHA Edmonton would finish the match an impressive 4/5 on the man advantage.

Prairie Hockey Academy (4) vs South Alberta Hockey Academy (5/OT) U17 Prep

Prairie had SAHA on their toes early after Dane Chalupa (2G) scored back-to-back shorthanded goals only 2:13 apart. Kutcher Aquila would respond for SAHA with a shorthanded goal of his own later in the frame to cut Prairie鈥檚 lead to one. SAHA took their first lead of the contest in the second after Ryker Klassen (1G, 1A) scored on the man advantage. However, Luke Pratte (2G) would even things back up for Prairie later in the frame. Goals would once again be traded in the third, pushing this game into overtime where Kamloops Blazers鈥� prospect Paxton Cabana would pot the game winner, awarding SAHA the win in their U17 Prep season opener.

Coeur d鈥橝lene Hockey Academy (1) vs RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (12) U17 AAA

Maximillian Koppel (3G, 2A) led the way in RHA Kelowna鈥檚 offensive showcase over CDA, picking up a hat-trick and five-points. Kesler Hamilton (1G, 3A) would add to his division leading point total with a four-point outing. Adam Pfulgrath-Davis would score the lone goal for CDA.

Shawnigan Lake School (1) vs Coeur d鈥橝lene Hockey Academy (7) U17 Prep

Alex Doyer (34/35) came in clutch in goal for CDA, turning aside 34-shots in a game where they were outshot by Shawnigan Lake. On top of Doyer鈥檚 performance, Dylan Johnson (2G, 2A) produced a four-point outing while Artem Gunko (1G, 1A) and Sal Costa (1G, 1A) provided a goal and a helper each. Phoenix Hinks supplied the lone goal for Shawnigan.

St. George’s School (3) vs STAR Hockey Academy (7) U15 AAA

Seve Paladino (2G, 3A) broke the tie near the end of the first for STAR then would provide the primary assist on Eli Soberg鈥檚 (2G) eventual game winning goal. STAR would keep their foot on the accelerator throughout the rest of the match, racking up seven goals before the buzzer sounded. Cameron Rusyniak (23/26) picked up the win in the crease while Jonah Gamble (43/50) made 40+ saves in the loss.

STAR Hockey Academy (1) vs Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy (0) U17 Prep

Keagan Bradshaw (29/30) kept STAR at bay for the first two periods of play, turning aside 23-shots through forty. However, just 9-seconds into the third, Adrian Afrakov found the scoresheet for the lone goal of this hockey game. Sam Trnecka (18/18) made 18-saves for the shutout, improving STAR鈥檚 record to 2-0-0 on the season.

Northern Alberta Xtreme (2) vs OHA Edmonton (4) U17 Prep

Recently signed Portland Winterhawks prospect Cash Brebant scored the opening goal of this contest. Logan Miller (1G, 1A) would double OHA Edmonton鈥檚 lead 39-seconds into the second. However, Jackson Tetreault would cut the lead in half later in the frame. Late in the third, Tyrie Ehrenberg would tie things up for NAX on the powerplay looking to force OT. Except just 22-seconds later Miles Hartmann would restore OHA Edmonton鈥檚 lead with the eventual game winner. Keenan Fox (1G, 1A) would go on to add the empty netter to secure the OHA Edmonton W.

Shawnigan Lake School (5) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (4) U15 Prep

After initially being down 4-0 entering the third, PCHA would claw back to score four straight just over 7-minutes into third, spearheaded by Mazen Green (1G, 1A). Despite the comeback, 2011-born forward Ben McKamey restored Shawnigan鈥檚 lead with 1:23 left on the clock. Donagh Esler-Twiss (48/52) would make 48-saves in the close victory while Oliver Boniface (44/49) came just shy of backing his team to the remarkable comeback.

North Shore Warriors (5) vs St. George’s School (6) U17 Prep

After trading goals back-and-forth for the first two frames of this Saturday matchup. St. George鈥檚 would find their groove in the third. Aaron Castro (2G, 1A) would initially tie things up early in the third before Eytan Aidelbaum buried the game winner with 47-seconds left to spare. Carter Adams (55/60) held on to make an astounding 55-saves, including 15 in the third alone.

Okanagan Hockey Academy (2) vs BWC Academy (8) U15 Prep

Justin Moon (3G, 1A) and Kane Nicholas (2G, 1A) continue to stay hot in their weekend fling with OHA. Kamloops, BC鈥檚 Cohen Baker (2G, 1A) also reached the three-point territory after nabbing two quick goals in the second. Moon would tally an even strength, shorthanded and powerplay goal to secure the hat-trick while Mya Young (21/23) made 21-saves to capture BWC Academy their second win of the campaign.

Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy (3) vs Coeur d鈥橝lene Hockey Academy (4/SO) U18 Prep

CDA was able to establish a 3-1 lead early in the second but were foiled by a strong second half from Wenatchee. Gregor Ermellini would capitlize on the powerplay to cut CDA鈥檚 lead to one at the end of the second and an early goal in the third from Otaro Inoue (2G) was enough to force an overtime. The match would eventually reach a shootout where a lone goal from Aleksandr Skuratov (3A) was enough to silence Wenatchee鈥檚 comeback efforts. Nathaniel Madrigal (42/45) made 42-saves in the loss, coming one shot short in the shootout to claim the upset.

Okanagan Hockey Academy (1) vs BWC Academy (5) U15 AAA

A pair of powerplay goals from Ryker Carson (2G) and a shorthanded tally from Theo Falk put this game out of reach for OHA in a late Saturday affair. Tyson Oake (25/26) picked up the win in between the pipes while Deakon Beaudry (39/44) posted 39-saves in the loss.

Okanagan Hockey Academy Black (1) vs North Shore Warriors (2) Female U18 Prep

Kaida Okamura and Castilla Rubin (1G, 1A) each scored late in the first and second periods respectively. However OHA Black鈥檚 Megan Norrie got one back quickly before the second came to a close. In a tense third, NSW would go on to hold their one goal lead, clinching their second victory of the campaign.

Delta Hockey Academy Black (6) vs North Shore Warriors (3) U15 AAA

Delta Black outshot North Shore 53-30 en route to a 6-3 win Friday. Jake Gagno and Taegon Park (2G) scored less than five minutes apart to give Delta Black the early lead. Nicholas Sheldon responded for North Shore 37 seconds later. Woojin Seo (2G, 2A) scored early in the second before Park and Seo scored 1:48 apart. Keegan Hole brought his team back within three late in the period. Brody Watson (1G, 1A) scored late in the third to give North Shore life but Lukas Kravcak halted the comeback attempt 36 seconds later.聽

North Shore Warriors (4) vs Delta Hockey Academy (10) U17 Prep

Caden Leibel (1G, 4A) scored the lone first period goal, finding the back of the net on the power play 6:22 in. Wyatt Callander (1G, 3A) scored 15 seconds into the second and Kesler Curtis scored short handed 3:11 later as Delta led 3-0. Chase Vossenaar (1G, 1A) got North Shore on the board with a power play goal before Kishan Saggu (2G, 2A) responded 12 seconds later, Luke Anderson scored 55 seconds later, and Saggu scored again 44 seconds after that. Beckett Matlock closed out the period with his first goal of the season to give Delta a 7-1 lead. In the third, each team would score three times as Luke Blanchard (1G, 1A), Christopher Mah and Connor Liu (1G, 1A) scored for North Shore, while Andy Kim (2G, 1A) scored twice and Bryson Roberts once for Delta.聽

CIH Academy (3) vs Mount Academy (1) Eastern U17

CIH Academy led 1-0 after 20 as Luca Chiarizia (1G, 2A) scored 3:20 into the game. Caellum Shields extended the lead 29 seconds into the second before Tobin MacEwen got Mount on the board late in the second. Tobias Lednicky scored an empty net goal with one second remaining to secure the CIH Academy victory.聽

RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (6) vs OHA Edmonton (10) U15 Prep

Athens Shingoose (3G) scored 1:41 into a first period that would see RHA Winnipeg lead 4-3 after 20. The scoring died down in the second with Easton Pitz scoring shorthanded for the lone goal of the period, extending the RHA Winnipeg lead. But things ramped back up again in the third as OHA Edmonton scored 6 unanswered, including 5 in a span of 5:10. Defenseman Chayse Fedoriuk (2G, 2A) led his team with four points while Damian Anderson (2G) and Jackson Konelsky (2G) each scored twice.聽

St. George’s School (3) vs North Shore Warriors (5) U18 Prep

The game remained tied heading into the final three minutes of the first before Liam Kilfoil (2G, 1A) scored on the power play with 2:35 left to put North Shore ahead. Austin Griffin would add a power play goal of his own just 22 seconds later. Jonathan Lee (1G, 2A) added his first of the season with 41 seconds remaining in the frame to give North Shore a commanding 3-0 lead. But St. George鈥檚 would battle back with Brenden聽 (2G) and Sam Auld scoring 1:39 apart late in the second. Morgan would tie the game early in the third as it looked as though the game would head to overtime. RHA Kelowna outshot CDA 55-14 en route to an 11-3 win. Griffin Hoy (2G) and Kesler Hamilton (2G) each scored twice while Bennett Macek (1G, 4A) led all skaters with five points. Jay Nooney (2G) scored twice for CDA in the loss.聽

STAR Hockey Academy (8) vs BWC Academy (4) U15 Prep

Daniel Makovestkiy (1G, 1A) scored on the power play and Zakhar Kovalenko (1G, 1A) scored shorthanded to counter even strength goals from Kane Nicholas (2G) and Logan Henry (1G, 1A). Ronin Brunner (1G, 2A) and Lincoln Angst (3G) scored second period goals for STAR to put them ahead 4-2. Justin Moon (1G, 1A) and Nicholas scored within the first five minutes of the third to tie the game but Braxton Baker (1G, 2A) scored the eventual game winner just 30 seconds later. Angst would score twice in a span of 39 seconds in the closing minutes to complete the hat-trick while Levi Ellingsen (1G, 1A) added a power play goal with 1:05 left to secure an 8-4 STAR victory.聽

Yale Hockey Academy (4) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (5/OT) U17 Prep

Seth Castronuovo and Ethan Naus traded late first period goals to start the game. Francesco Ruffolo and Castronuovo did the same in the second as the two teams remained in a deadlock heading into the third. Jack MacMillan and Kody Pham scored early third period goals for PCHA but Mikkel Dennill tied the game 1:06 later and Hudson Gehring scored in the final two minutes to force overtime. In OT Brayden Howe scored 1:22 in to give PCHA the 5-4 victory. Ander Reyes (35/39) made 35 saves for the win.聽

CIH Academy (3) vs Mount Academy (4/SO) Eastern U18

CIH Academy would hold the early advantage in this contest, tallying three goals in the first with Andrew Mark scoring the game changer to make it a one goal lead. Bryson Robinson (2G) would go on to tie things for Mount, potting home his second of the evening. After three, everything was still knotted up at three, forcing this game into an eventual shootout where Jansen Guitard would score the lone goal in the fourth round, capping off Mount鈥檚 comeback for their first win of the regular season.

RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (2) vs Delta Hockey Academy White (8) U15 AAA

Zhehan Zhao (1G, 3A) and Jayden Ni (2G, 1A) led the charge in Delta White鈥檚 offensive performance while ten other skaters striked the scoresheet, including Colby Walker (4A) and Carson Brown (3A) each picking up a plethora of assists. Cohen Wood (26/28) turned aside 26-shots in the victory while Griffin Prairie Chicken (46/54) made a respectable 46-stops in the loss.

St. Mary’s Academy (2) vs RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (3) Female U18 Prep

RHA Winnipeg and St. Mary鈥檚 picked up the scoring in this game quickly, scoring one after another within the first three minutes of the contest thanks to the efforts of Attica Sobering and Jakiah Curle. However, RHA Winnipeg would take off in the second with two unanswered off the sticks of Tyhia Delorme and Shayla Scinocca to establish a two goal lead into the third. Peyton Mages would get one back for St. Mary鈥檚 but the strong play from Bailey Schwartz (26/28) in goal was enough to cement RHA Winnipeg鈥檚 victory.

Coeur d鈥橝lene Hockey Academy (4) vs Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy (3) U18 Prep

After splitting goals in the first two periods, Wenatchee found themselves up one 12-minutes into the third with a tally from Kyson Lindsay. However, in a last ditch effort CDA would claw back after Ryder Orr tied the affair with less than 4-minutes on the clock. Then with 39-seconds to spare, Aleksandr Skuratov put the nail in the coffin with a late goal to give CDA the eventual win. Bennett Byers (26/29) made 26-saves in his second win of the season.

Okanagan Hockey Ontario (5) vs Fort Erie International Academy (4) Eastern U18

OHO got off on the right foot after securing a two goal lead in the second, but a four goal frame from Fort Erie shifted the momentum into their favour entering the third. Matys Lefebvre (2G) potted the last two to create the cushion. However, Jacob Zilber would pot a shorthanded marker to notch things up at four as time dwindled in the third. Then with only 58-seconds left to play, Addison St. Cyr would net the game winner for OHO, wrapping up the comeback in heroic fashion.

Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (1) vs North Shore Warriors (4) U17 AAA

Santino Esposito (1G, 2A) got the ball rolling for NSW early on into this contest before PCHA鈥檚 Rhys Wilcox made things even in the following period. Later in the frame, NSW鈥檚 offence would strike back with goals from Rock Oosterveld (1G, 2A) and Noah Russo. Graeson Miller would put the cherry on top for NSW in the third while Kellen Ceraldi (41/42) held down the fort with a strong 41-save effort, tallying an assist in the process as well en route to NSW鈥檚 victory.

OHA Edmonton (7) vs Edge School (5) U17 AAA

A potent first period from OHA Edmonton would be the key to their victory over Edge School in their season opener. Rylan Ross (1G, 3A) would ban the first goal then add assists on OHA Edmonton鈥檚 next three tallies. After Rhett Hudson (2G, 2A) nabbed the sixth unanswered goal for OHA Edmonton. Edge School would strike back with four unanswered of their own spanning into the third. Noah Stone would stop the bleeding halfway through the final frame before Winston Chicilo snatched one back to give Edge one more chance late. OHA Edmonton would go on to hold out for the victory with Daniel Marsden (32/37) picking up the W in goal.

Okanagan Hockey Academy (2) vs Yale Hockey Academy (5) U15 AAA

Yale started this contest off with three unanswered to establish a comfortable cushion going forward with a pair of goals coming from Chilliwack, BC鈥檚 Ben Bury (2G). Later in the second, OHA would cut Yale鈥檚 lead down to one with goals from Lux Naka and Ryson Barker. Yale would remain unfazed into the third, potting another two to secure the overall win with Lucca Tassone (27/29) picking up the win in between the pipes while Ethan Watson (51/56) put up an astounding 51-saves to give his team a shot later in the contest.

Okanagan Hockey Academy (3) vs Yale Hockey Academy (7) U15 Prep

Matching hat-tricks for Michael Kuzik (3G, 1A) and Parker McMillan (3G, 1A) were the highlight of this matchup in Abbotsford. McMillan would pot two on the powerplay to put Yale back in the contest while Kuzik supplied the cavalry in the second, picking up his hat-trick in only 6:17 of elapsed time. Christopher Kokkoris (3A) would produce three helpers in the win from the blueline and Gavin Craig (36/39) picked up the win in tidy fashion.

RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (5) vs Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (1) U17 Prep

Five separate skaters picked up goals for RHA Winnipeg in their season debut. Brady Keith (1G, 1A) and Christian Pitz (2A) led the stats sheet en route to victory while Chase Charriere (31/32) made 31-stops. Adam Zamecnik picked up the lone goal for Pilot Mound and Barrett Hayes (44/49) made a respectable 40+ saves in the loss.

Shawnigan Lake School (3) vs Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy (2) U17 Prep

After Eric Hendricks gave Wenatchee the early lead, Shawnigan would claw back with two late goals in the first with efforts from Sullivan Bryan and Ryder Kerr. McAllister Mugford would extend Shawnigan鈥檚 lead in the second, establishing a cushion in a period where Wenatchee was pouring on the pressure. Tyler Stefani would score late in the third on the powerplay for Wenatchee but that’s all they were permitted to do as Stefan Kostin (39/41) had the crease on lockdown, securing the win for Shawnigan.

Okanagan Hockey Academy (3) vs RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (2) U17 Prep

Each goal in this contest would come as a result of a powerplay. OHA’s Luke Assi (1G, 1A ) would start things off with the lone goal of the first two frames. Things would heat up in the third as OHA and RHAK would go tick for tac on the powerplay before David Aggen called the game with a late effort. Charlie Peppinck (26/28) would go on the close the door and lead OHA to a victory in their season opener while Kai Ebert (28/31) put in a valid effort in goal for RHA Kelowna.

Brendon Hall鈥檚 (3G) hat-trick made the difference in a high scoring affair as PCHA and SAHA opened the 2024 U18 Prep Western Championships. However, it was SAHA that got the boat rocking early on, scoring the game鈥檚 first three goals in the latter half of the first period. Late in the frame, Trace Anderson (1G, 1A) got PCHA back into the contest, scoring with 1:07 left on the clock. The momentum would shift an entire 180* once the second commenced, PCHA scored three straight of their own to eventually take the lead. SAHA鈥檚 Bruno Petrovics would tie everything back up once again, but another late goal from PCHA, this time off the stick of Aangid Manhas, would strip SAHA of their recent accomplishment. Hall would add another two in the third, sealing up his hat-trick and the overall victory to start PCHA off on the right foot to the postseason.

Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (5) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (3) U15 Prep Consolation

Pilot Mound and Pacific Coast would split the scoring in the opening frame. PMHA had the edge later in the first with a shorthanded goal from Cohen Reckseidler (2G, 1A). However, Sloan Harder (2G) brought back things to within even with a few minutes left on the clock. Scoring would slow down in the second as we only saw Maddox Ramage pierce the net late in the frame to put Pilot Mound ahead. They would add another two in the third, wrapping up their season with a win in the consolation bracket.聽

Northern Alberta Xtreme (6/OT) vs Edge School (5) U15 Prep Finals

With a 6-5 overtime win over Edge School, the Northern Alberta Xtreme successfully defended their title, capturing the 2024 麻豆传媒入口 (CSSHL) U15 Prep Western Championship.

Thayne Wasyluk opened the scoring 2:36 into the game with his sixth goal of the playoffs for NAX. Edge School, who finished first during the regular season and was 6-2-0 against NAX on the season, tied the game 1:23 later as a Brock England wrist shot beat Cam Hoose (39/44) low blocker. Reeve Waugh scored late in the second to give Edge the lead heading into the second.

Defenseman Kayne Wright scored 7:33 into the second to tie the game. Matthew Hilderman restored the Edge lead minutes later with a power play goal, jamming home a rebound in front. Four minutes later Ben Oliverio would spring Luke Jamieson for a partial breakaway, where Jamieson made no mistake with a move to his backhand, giving Edge a 4-2 lead.

With Edge having taken control of the game, Ben Harvey brought NAX within one 2:34 later with a tremendous individual effort.

Tyrie Ehrenberg tied the game on the power play with 4:57 remaining, firing home a rebound in front. NAX would claim the lead 1:29 later as Jaggar John was denied on the breakaway but Blake Chorney was there to clean up the rebound.

Holding a lead late, NAX got into penalty trouble and found themselves shorthanded for the last three minutes of regulation, including down 5-on-3. With the goalie pulled, Edge held a 6-on-3 for the final minute. One NAX penalty expired with 10 seconds left, bringing it to 6-on-4, but Edge found the back of the net with just 3.4 seconds left as Mirco Dufour found Aden Bouchard all alone in front.

After a few overtime chances by both teams John grabbed a puck in his own end before driving the lane to create a partial 2-on-1. He would keep the puck, making a move to his forehand and beating Leif Oaten (36/42) blocker side to send the visiting crowd into a frenzy.

NAX won both the U15 and U15 Prep Western Championships in 2023. This was the program’s 10th CSSHL Championship and the third under the guidance of head coach Brayden Toma who captured a U16 Prep Championship in 2019 to go along with his back-to-back U15 Prep Championships.

Delta Hockey Academy Black (8) vs Shawnigan Lake School (9) U15 Prep Consolation

A high scoring affair saw Shawnigan come out on top 9-8. Darwin Ketch (2G, 3A) and Carson Peet (2G) scored twice while Charlie Kittleson (1G, 2A) and Ellis Thurmeier (1G, 2A) each had three points. Kesler Curtis (4G, 1A) and Christian Sum (4A) provided the majority of the offence for Delta Black in the loss.聽

St. George鈥檚 School (3) vs Yale Hockey Academy (7) U15

Liam McLean (1G, 1A) opened the scoring for St. George鈥檚 as they grabbed an early 1-0 lead. Matteo Zenone (2G, 1A) tied the game, Michael Kuzik gave Yale the lead 1:34 later and Matthew McGuinness scored 18 seconds after that as the game quickly shifted in Yale鈥檚 favour. Freddie Brooks-Hill and Alexander Rode scored 1:33 apart late in the second to tie it, but Jaxen McFegan (2G) managed to restore the lead on the power play with 3 seconds left in the period. Lucas Ward (1G, 2A), McFegan and Zenone all scored third period goals as Yale pulled away for a 7-3 win. Nevin Connor (39/42) made 39 saves in the win.聽

Shawnigan Lake School (1) vs RHA Kelowna (5) Female U18 Prep Finals

For the third straight year RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna has captured the 麻豆传媒入口 (CSSHL) Western Championship.聽

Having gone 28-2-0 and finishing the regular season on top, RHA Kelowna defeated Shawnigan Lake School 5-1 in a rematch of last year’s Championship Final.

Emery Twardochleb opened the scoring late in the first period as RHA Kelowna grabbed the lead and didn’t look back. Sage Babey added to the lead 1:16 into the second before a Gracie Graham power play marker put her team ahead 3-0 late in the second.聽

Morgan Jackson got Shawnigan on the board early in the third with a power play goal of her own. But Chloe Primerano, who set the points record at a single Female U18 Prep Championship with 19, scored just minutes later before adding a goal late in the period to secure the 5-1 win.聽

Farah Walker (17/18) made 17 saves in net for the win while Alexandra Nelson (31/36) faced 36 shots in the loss.聽

This was RHA Kelowna’s third straight CSSHL Female U18 Prep Championship, and fifth overall. RHA Kelowna has captured one other CSSHL Championship in the U15 Prep division in 2017.

CIH Academy Green (2) vs Ulysse Academie (6) Eastern U18聽

Neil Iserhoff scored the lone first period goal as CIH Academy Green led 1-0 after 20. Marco Campo and Phillippe Lepore (1G, 1A) scored early in the second as Ulysse took the lead. Andrew Mark tied the game but goals 37 seconds apart from Clemente Valette (1G, 1A) and Jordan Bibeau put Ulysse back on top going into the third. Emile Dupuis and Lucas Loiacono scored third period goals to double the lead and give Ulysse the 6-2 win. Zachary Bergeron (25/27) made 25 saves for the win.聽

Delta Hockey Academy (5) vs STAR Academy (1) U15

Delta led 2-0 after 20 as Tryson Edwards and Zac Prokop found the back of the net in the team’s opening game. Yianni Sergiannidi (2G, 3A) scored twice in the second to push the lead to 4-0. George Gapeshin got STAR on the board 3:34 into the third but Nicolas Peach (1G, 2A) restored the four goal cushion minutes later as Delta grabbed a 5-1 win. Jack Utsunomiya (34/35) made 34 saves to earn the win. Forward Coltun Brum (4A) finished with four assists in the win.聽

BWC Academy (1) vs Northern Alberta Xtreme (4) U18 Prep

Jordan Switzer (20/21) finished with 20 saves and NAX fired 45 shots at Preston Lewis (45/49) as NAX earned a 4-1 win. Jordan Duguay scored the lone first period goal while Luke Davies added one in the second. Jager Gugyelka extended the lead early in the third before BWC Academy finally broke through with an Ashton Beriana goal midway through the period. Daxon Rudolph countered for NAX shortly after to clinch the win.聽

Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (0) vs Edge School (8) U15

Kaidyn Thomas (22/22) made 22 saves to backstop Edge to an 8-0 win Wednesday. Damien Lavallee (4G, 1A) and Owen Wiemer (4A) led the way with five and four points respectively. Remy Koch (3A) and Andrew Ragusa (1G, 2A) each chipped in with three points. Oliver Boniface (62/70) faced 70 shots in the loss.聽

North Shore Warriors (1) vs Prairie Hockey Academy (7) U18 Prep

Daniel Helary (1G,1A) scored 5:16 into the first with a power play marker and Presley Langevin (2G) added to the lead just 58 seconds later. Langevin scored again near the end of the first period to give Prairie a 3-0 advantage. Ryder Rommelaere (1G, 1A) and Luke Myhre (2G, 1A) scored 10 seconds apart in the second to push the lead to 5-0. Liam Payne broke through for North Shore 1:13 into the third with a shorthanded tally. But goals from Avery Johnson (1G, 1A) and Myhre gave Prairie a commanding 7-1 win. Gibson Horne (29/30) and Erik Powers (41/48) were in net for their respective teams.聽

Calgary International Hockey Academy (2) vs Edge School (5) U18 Prep

Landon DuPont (1G, 2A) scored just 25 seconds in as Edge led 1-0 after 20. Zach Olsen (2G, 2A) scored on the power play midway through the second before Jake Walker countered for CIHA 44 seconds later. Olsen found the back of the net again late in the second to double the lead going into the third. Owen Cooper (1G, 2A) extended the lead 45 seconds into the third with his first of the playoffs. Fresh off winning a CSSHL U17 Prep Championship, affiliate player Brendan Rudolph scored on the power play to bring CIHA within two. Leim Smith scored with 1:07 left to play to secure an Edge win in their opening game of the Championships. Ryley Budd (18/20) needed to make just 18 saves to earn the win.聽

St. George鈥檚 School (1) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (6) U18 Prep

A power play goal by Charlie Grant and a Mathis Preston (2G, 1A) goal 53 seconds later put OHA ahead 2-0. Noa Ta鈥橝mu scored 1:29 after that as OHA grabbed a commanding 3-0 lead. Preston extended the lead late in the second with a power play goal. Wyatt Danyleyko (1G, 1A) and the OHA power play stayed hot, scoring 7:51 into the third. Liam Ruck (1G, 2A) added his first of the playoffs less than two minutes later. Reece Liu broke the Ryan Tamelin (22/23) shutout bid with 6:50 left to play. Eric Tu (40/46) faced 46 shots in defeat.聽

North Shore Warriors (3) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (5) U15

Rylan Bengert may have scored the lone goal of the first period for OHA, but the second was all NSW. Kenzo Gibson, Linkin Ashton and Riley Taylor would all chip in offensively for the Warriors, edging out OHA by a single goal after forty minutes of play. However, OHA would find their stride in the third as Caiden Osiowy-Mah (1G, 1A) tied things up early and Braylon Lalonde (1G, 1A) scored the game winner shortly after.聽

RHA Winnipeg (7) vs Yale Hockey Academy (3) U18 Prep

Lucas Bertolin (3G, 2A) spearheaded RHA Winnipeg鈥檚 playoff venture with a five-point effort over Yale Hockey Academy. Bertolin opened the scoring with a lone goal in the first and went on to get the primary assist on the eventual game winner on Matthew Bertolin鈥檚 (1G, 3A) goal. There was a stretch in the second where RHA Winnipeg striked three times in a matter of 78-seconds. Yale would claw some goals back in the third, but RHA Winnipeg鈥檚 offence continued to generate a buzz, producing another three goals in the frame to solidify their first playoff victory.聽

Delta Hockey Academy (2) vs Shawnigan Lake School (5) U18 Prep

After a scoreless first, Brendyn Van Oene stripped Delta of the puck in the defensive zone and sprung himself on a breakaway before sniping Armaan Kaila鈥檚 (29/34) water bottle from its resting place. Eli McKamey (2G) would make his presence known in the postseason soon after, doubling Shawnigan鈥檚 lead. Chase Kittleson would continue Shawnigan鈥檚 scoring trend in the third, but Delta would score two highlight reel goals to put themselves on the scoresheet in the contest. Jordan Martin fed Burke Newton after a quick dipsy-dangle at the blueline while Isa Guram closed the scoring with an end-to-end rush. In the end, Shawnigan remained victorious with Emmett Nietsch (28/30) packing up the win in between the pipes.聽

Notre Dame (0) vs Northern Alberta Xtreme (12) U15

NAX resumed their scoring prowess that made them so successful in the regular season. Perhaps what was most impressive about this evening affair was NAX鈥檚 powerplay, going an immaculate 6/9. They also managed to snag two shorthanded goals in the process. Bronsyn Mouille (3G, 2A) led the pack with a five-point night with Ahmad Fayad (2G, 1A) and Kalen Miles (2G, 1A) followed closely with two goals apiece.聽聽

OHA Edmonton (6) vs RHA Kelowna (10) U18 Prep

Wednesday evening closed out with a goal scoring palooza. Joe Iginla (2G, 2A) got the patty started with two sharp angle goals to put RHA Kelowna in front. However, OHA Edmonton;s Patrick Sopiarz (1G, 1A) would push back with one of his own before RHA Kelowna snagged another pair. Clarke Schaefer (1G, 1A) got another one for OHA Edmonton just before the end of the first. The scoring would take a slight dip in the second, but OHA Edmonton brought themselves to within striking distance thanks to a powerplay goal from Radislav Dimitrov (1G, 1A). The unhinged scoring would resume in the third and in favour of OHA Edmonton. Kayden Lemire (1G, 1A) and Hunter Yee put OHA Edmonton ahead by one after scoring twice in just over two minutes. RINK was unphased by OHA Edmonton鈥檚 hot start and continued their scoring trend. Keaton Verhoeff evened everything up a 6-6 and was quickly followed by Cruz Waltz (2G). This would go on to be the game winner, however RHA Kelowna would add another three to their total, reaching the double digit plateau in their first game of the postseason.

Max George scored the lone first period goal as RHA Winnipeg led 1-0 after 20. Knox Burton extended the lead 1:07 into the second with a shorthanded goal but Luca Vadori responded just 25 seconds later, scoring on the same power play. Burton added a goal late in the second, beating Daniel Marsden (27/31) top shelf with a backhand off the wing. Isaac Sousa scored a power play goal with 3:20 left to play in the third and Tate Barnaby (22/23) finished with 22 saves to give RHA Winnipeg a 4-1 win and spot in the quarter finals.聽

BWC Academy (1) vs Northern Alberta Xtreme (8) U15 Prep

Aiden Wagner scored 16 seconds in and Jaggar John (3G, 1A) added his second of the playoffs just 17 seconds later as NAX stormed out to a 2-0 lead. Trey Bohlken (2G) extended the lead before Kyle Obobaifo got BWC Academy on the board with 28 seconds left in the first. John scored the only goal in the second before completing the hat-trick 9:01 into the third with a power play goal. Ben Harvey, Bohlken and Thayne Wasyluk added third period goals as NAX earned an 8-1 win. Oliver Bryks (20/21) made 20 saves in net for the win.聽

North Shore Warriors (0) vs Edge School (10) U15 Prep

Edge outshot North Shore 69-14 en route to a 10-0 win Sunday. Defenseman Kingston Sauter (4A) led all skaters with four points, Jordin St. Louis (3G) recorded a hat-trick and Carsten Leyerzapf (14/14) made 14 saves to earn the shutout. Elias Mitrikas (59/69) made 59 saves in net for North Shore.聽

North Shore Warriors (3) vs Northern Alberta Xtreme (4/OT) Female U18 Prep Consolation

North Shore led 2-0 midway through the first as Elise Miller (2G) scored back-to-back goals. Sawyer Mackay (1G, 1A) got NAX on the board 2:12 later as her team trailed by one going into the second. MEgan Dolynchuk tied the game 4:55 into the second before Madison Mahovlich put North Shore back on top with a power play goal. Reanna Loberg (2G) tied the game 1:32 into the third and then scored again 55 seconds into OT to give NAX the 4-3 come from behind win. J鈥橝nne Colbow (32/35) made 32 saves for the win.聽

Yale Hockey Academy (4/OT) vs RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (3) U15 Prep

Shaun Hildebrandt (2G, 2A) opened the scoring with his first goal of the 2024 Western Championships. Dominik Silbernagel (1G, 1A) tied the game 1:03 into the second period before Hildebrandt restored the lead. However, RHA Kelowna led 3-2 after 40 as Mathis Paull and Ryan Sadovia (1G, 1A) scored two minutes apart. Carter Bylycia (2G, 1A) tied the game midway through the third with a power play goal before scoring 25 seconds into overtime to give Yale a 4-3 win and a spot in the quarter-finals.聽

Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (3) vs South Alberta Hockey Academy (5) Female U18 Prep Consolation

SAHA scored three first period goals as Kamryn Reiber, Keira Grant (1G, 2A) and Addison Eurich (2G, 1A) all found the back of the net. Heidi Danners (1G, 1A) and Julia Schoonbaert scored in the second for Pilot Mound but Lauren Hassler and Eurich countered for SAHA. Alia Drummond scored a power play goal for PMHA in the third to bring them within two but Maddy Ferguson (18/21) finished with 18 saves to secure the SAHA 5-3 win.聽

Okanagan Hockey Academy (4) vs Delta Hockey Academy Black (0) Female U18 Prep

Jaya Schippel (11/11) comfortably backstopped OHA to their first win of the postseason with an 11-save shutout over Delta Black. OHA found the back of the net early thanks to Taylor Bierlmeier (1G, 1A) while Anna Kapocsi (1G, 1A) buried a rebound on the powerplay to double OHA鈥檚 lead. In the second, OHA was relentless, but DHA Black goaltender Alix Walchuk (35/39) steered aside all 16-shots fired on by OHA in the frame. OHA鈥檚 scoring would resume in the third after Madison Deschamps ripped one home after entering Delta Black鈥檚 zone. Sara Gerdel would add the fourth and put the ribbon on OHA鈥檚 victory.

Prairie Hockey Academy (2) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (7) U15 Prep Consolation

A Tristan Follick (1G, 2A) snipe got PCHA rolling halfway through the first, setting some momentum which would lead to the 2-0 goal scored by Owen Bate. Luke Pratte (2G) would get PHA on the board in the second, but PCHA鈥檚 offence would quickly erase any confidence PHA had going forward as Kieran Wilson potted a shorthanded goal. PCHA would score another three unanswered before Pratte once again stopped the bleeding, but at this point it was far too late for any comeback. Lynden Mercier (26/28) picked up the win in net, stopping 26-shots, half of which came in the first period.

Shawnigan Lake School (5)聽 vs Delta Hockey Academy Green (2) Female U18 Prep

A couple of huge breakaway stops from Alexandra Nelson (20/22) injected some confidence into Shawnigan鈥檚 early play as shortly after one of these stops Meera Smith (2G, 1A) sniped home her first of a two goal effort. Later in the frame, Gracie Szadkowski (1G, 1A) crammed home a loose puck that deflected off the crossbar, giving Shawnigan a 2-0 lead into the first intermission. The scoring would take a dip for the greater part of the period until Courtney, BC鈥檚 Morgan Jackson (1G, 1A) wired home one off the faceoff to further extend Shawnigan鈥檚 lead. Smith would add another shortly after before Molly Cole got one back for Delta Green. Just 11-seconds into the third, Shawnigan鈥檚 Zoe Cramer put home a puck in front, once again adding to Shawnigan鈥檚 lead. Nelson would make another five saves in the frame to seal up Shawnigan鈥檚 important win over Delta Green, improving to 2-0 in the round robin.聽

St. Mary’s Academy (1) vs RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (7) Female U18 Prep

Capped off by a Rowyn Street (3G) natural hat-trick, RHA Winnipeg took care of their provincial rivals in a comfortable manner. Tyhia Delorme got things started off a jam play in front, scoring the only goal of the opening frame. In the second, RHA Winnipeg鈥檚 offence would shoot off the charts. Lareina Settee (1G, 1A) sniped one home after stripping a St Mary鈥檚 defender at their blueline to start off what would become a chain of five more goals before the halfway point of the period. RHA Winnipeg entered the third up by 6-0 by the start of the third, where Street would finish her hat-trick. Inhye Jang (29/30) would come just shy of a shutout after Payton Henwood capitalised on a breakaway to put St. Mary鈥檚 on the scoresheet.聽

Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (5) vs Delta Hockey Academy Black (2) U15 Prep Consolation

After trading goals for the first half of the contest, things would fall in favour of Pilot Mound after Forrest Karlson (3G, 1A) worked his magic to put away a slick goal in front of Delta Black鈥檚 cage. Entering the third with a one goal lead, Karlson would add another two goals to prop up their lead to a mark Delta Black could not reach. Pilot Mound opens their play in the consolation bracket with a convincing third period win.

Okanagan Hockey Academy (3) vs St. George’s School (7) U15 Prep

OHA鈥檚 Jaxson Bartsch may have opened the scoring just over a minute in, but a quick two-goal burst from St. George鈥檚 in the final minute of the frame pushed them ahead before the ice clean. Cohen Handby tied things up early in the second, until Eytan Aidelbaum scored his first career goal in any CSSHL competition to put St. George鈥檚 back in front. However, Grady Monsen made things even once again, scoring for OHA just 9-seconds after Aidelbaum. OHA had an opportunity on the powerplay late to put them in front once again but the electric Jacob Schwartz (2G) would come up big time on the PK, scoring his second shorthanded goal of the postseason. After this tally, it was all St. George鈥檚. Another three goals would make their way into OHA鈥檚 net in the third, sealing up their round robin a perfect 2-0.

Edge School (0) vs RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (6) Female U18 Prep

Anezka Cabelova (2G, 1A) nabbed the two opening goals for RHA Kelowna. Alexis Ehrman (64/70) kept Edge School in the fight for the first forty minutes, stopping 38/41 shots to keep their deficit at only three. However, RHA Kelowna would continue to press in the third making a comeback almost impossible. Kennedy Sisson (1G, 1A), Alida Korte (1G, 1A) and Raedyn Spademan all scored within the first five minutes of the final frame. Farah Walker (12/12) would go on to pick up the shutout in goal for RINK.聽

Notre Dame (1) vs Delta Hockey Academy Green (5) U15 Prep

Delta Green left little opporunity for Notre Dame, scoring five unanswered goals to establish a commanding lead that they would take into the third. Jack Morgan (2G) would score both of his goals shorthanded in the second period while Alexander Laing (3A) picked up three primary assists in the second period. Thomas MacPhee scored the lone goal for Notre Dame in the third period.
