Drayden Uhrina (2G, 3A) led the charge with a 5-point effort while Wyatt Jones (2G, 1A) and Max George (2G, 1A) each picked up a pair of goals as well. Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (2) vs BWC Academy (8) U15 Prep

Kyle Obobaifo (3G) kicked off this contest with a natural hat-trick, capping it off early in the second period on the powerplay. Kolby Cooper gave Pilot Mound some life shortly after BWC Academy鈥檚 third, but another three unanswered goals sparked by Henry Unruh鈥檚 first of the season would rain down upon the Manitoba-based academy. PMHA would once again get one back later in the third period, but another two goals coming from Richard Wonyeneh (1G, 3A) and Ryan Fox late in the frame put the BWC Academy stamp of approval on this victory.

Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (0) vs Edge School (13) U18 Prep

Edge School鈥檚 young core spearheaded their offence in Friday鈥檚 showing over Pilot Mound. Saskatoon Blades prospect, Zach Olsen (4G, 2A), produced a juicy statline adding 4-goals to the scoresheet. Owen Cooper (2G, 5A) was there on the playmaking front, racking up 5-assists in the process. Landon DuPont (1G, 4A), Cruz Pavao (2G, 2A) and Ben MacBeath (1G, 3A) all posted memorable games as well while Preston Patenaude (15/15) scored his first shutout of the season.

OHA Edmonton Black (2) vs Northern Alberta Xtreme Blue (7) U17 Prep

A 5-point outing from St. Albert, AB鈥檚 Mats Lajoie (2G, 3A) was the ultimate factor in NAX Blue鈥檚 win over their city rivals. Lajoie had the lone goal in the first, setting the tone for the offence that was going to drip into the second. NAX Blue would add another three goals in the following two periods with Damien Wiebe supplying the eventual game winner with his first of the season. Parker Snell (22/24) picked up the win in net while OHA Edmonton Black鈥檚 Aiden Prosser (40/47) posted 40-saves in the losing effort.

NWCAA Flames U15 AAA (2) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (1) U15 Prep

Goaltending was perfect for the first part of this contest, it wasn鈥檛 until five-minutes into the second before Eli Tverdovsky clinched the games opening marker for OHA. Linden Sobocan (31/33) would hold off the barrage of shots from the Flames in the second, but would surrender one late off the stick of Owen Hayden. The game would remain at 1-1 for a considerable part of the third with OHA having the edge in shots. However, once again in late fashion the Flames would get another one past the steady Sobocan. This time around, Boris Sigachev found the back of the net, netting the ultimate game winner despite OHA鈥檚 consistent pressure in the frame. Nixon Mah (38/39) walked away with the victory in goal for Calgary, picking up 38-saves in the process.

Okanagan Hockey Ontario U18 (1) vs Ontario Hockey Academy Prep (4) Eastern U18

Callum Aus would get one back for OHO in the third, but Oliver Kiraly (23/24) remained rock solid throughout the rest of the match. Delta Hockey Academy Black (3) vs OHA Edmonton (6) U15 Prep

Three unanswered goals to open up this contest put OHA Edmonton in the driver鈥檚 seat for the greater portion of the game. OHA Edmonton was bound to exit the second with the aforementioned lead, but Delta Black gave them something to think about after Beckett Matlock and Davin Hart scored just over a minute apart to cut their deficit to a single goal. However, OHA Edmonton kept their composure into the third, scoring just 2:24 in with credit to Domonic Neville. Miles Hartmann (1G, 2A) and Liam Reed (2G) would add another two to the total, allowing OHA Edmonton to comfortably ride out the win.

OHA Edmonton (4) vs Northern Alberta Xtreme (7) U18 Prep

Without Riley Boychuk鈥檚 (1G, 4A) four primary assists in this contest, it鈥檚 unlikely NAX runs away with the margin they had. Boychuk chipped in on two of Jordan Duguay鈥檚 (3G, 1A) powerplay goals while en route to a hat-trick performance. After NAX torched their opposition with six-unanswered goals between the first and second period, Oscar Hazen (17/17) took the crease for OHA Edmonton. He would go on to shut the door and give his academy a chance at redemption. Radislav Dimitrov and Brett Schrock would get OHA Edmonton to within three, but it was far little too late to make a lasting comeback. Shortly after puck drop in the final frame, Matthew Boekelder (2G, 1A) added his second of the match to put Notre Dame up by one. After this tally, OHA Edmonton鈥檚 offence found their kindling once again. Brayden Tucker (3G, 3A) struck on the powerplay soon after Boekleder鈥檚 go ahead goal, tying things up once more. Just two minutes later, 2011-born forward Micah Montgomery (3G, 2A) gave OHA Edmonton the lead. Despite the short roster, OHA Edmonton put up a fight versus the 26-2-0-1 NAX White.
